Pam and Craig Kuper were an amazing team to work with. They treated me as if I were there son. They helped me purchases a condo in downtown Milwaukee on the Milwaukee River. Pam handled the real-estate side and Craig did my mortgage.

Pam Kuper is one of the nicest and sweetest people I’ve ever met, but don’t let that fool you when she’s negotiating for you she’s very tough and does her best to get you everything you ask for. She’s extremely knowledgeable and She really cared about making sure I had all the information on the condo before I purchased it. She doesn’t care about the commission or pressuring you into buying a home she just wants to make sure your happy with whatever you choose.

Craig Kuper is extremely hard working if he doesn’t call, text or email you back within 2 minutes be worried because there’s probably something seriously wrong, he makes himself available just about 24/7. Craig got me a 3.75% interest rate on a FHA 30 yr fixed mortgage and I couldn’t be happier. The mortgage process these days is brutal, but if it wasn’t for him I don’t think I would have made it through the process.

I travel a ton for work and I had nothing to worry about when ever I left because I knew Pam and Craig had my back and could take care of anything that came up, like dealing with condo developer to replace and pick out new carpet or making sure we got everything on my loan signed off. These two were so fun to work with I actually looked forward to getting emails and meeting with them because it was always a great time. No one but them will ever sell my condo, do my next mortgage, do my refinancing or find my next home. I will continue to keep in touch with both of them even though the process is over because they are all around great people and fun to be with.

Pam Kuper and Craig Kuper (Shorecrest Mortgage) were a Godsend. They treated me like a member of their family (not just a client) and made sure I found the best fit for me. They are on the clock 24 hours a day and even checked in with me when I didn't respond to their messages right away-concerned about my well-being. Pam is kindhearted but also a very smart and driven business-woman and helped me find the best house for the best price. After finding Pam, I knew I was in the most capable hands. Buying a house as a single person was nerve-wracking, and she understood, and was respectful, thorough and supportive. Two great, great people and a dynamic team...

Being forced to relocate for my job every few years, I've had my share of good and bad agents. Without question, Pam was the most responsive, detail oriented and most importantly, the best listener I have encountered. She worked very hard to make sure I was 100% happy.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Pam and her husband Craig in purchasing our first home. Pam was always extremely polite and genuine. I never felt any pressure during the whole process. I know Pam was looking out for our best interest the whole time, and was willing to do whatever we needed to feel comfortable. Home buying can be a very stressful process, especially when it’s your first time. However, my wife and I were comfortable during the whole process. Any issues that occurred, Pam took it upon herself to take care of it. She was extremely flexible with scheduling times with us, and was always available to talk or answer questions.
