Craig and Noreen assisted in my stress free home buying experience, I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Sold a Single Family home in 2008 in Peyton, CO.
I was very impressed with Craig and his understanding of the real estate market, in particular, his knowledge of listing large acreage. He was able to recognize the value of our property and was not afraid to market it aggressively. When other realtors felt the market was too soft and said we would not get our asking price, Craig's expertise in marketing and identifying our potential buyer helped us make the sale!

Bought a Condo home in 2012 in East Colorado Springs, Colorado Springs, CO.
My husband and I highly recommend the Mcconnell Team. We found their highly personal service to be thorough and professional. We appreciated their common sense solutions and expertise and found them to be indespensible in navigating the maze of mindfields that banks and agencies have in place. We purchased a short-sale property and found the process, complications and delays extremely frustrating. Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $350K in Peyton, CO.
We have now had many reasons to do business with Craig and Noreen Mcconnell. Every time has been nothing short of exemplary. We have recommeded them to our dearest friends, who are as demanding as we are about honesty, integrity and competency. Our friends found them to be refreshingly honest and thoroughly knowledgeable. Our initial dealing with Craig and Noreen occurred when we sold our home in northern El Paso county. They were representing the buyer. The buyer was a young couple, with very strong opinions and goals. Craig and Noreen superbly represented them professionally and always acted in their best interests. On more than one ocassion Craig and Noreen's wisdom and skill were the deciding factor in the success of their purchase. Since that time we have recommeded them wholeheartedly dozens of times. They are the real deal! They know what you need them to know. They do what you need them to do. You can trust them to do it in your best interest, whether you are there-or even understand it needs to be done. Trust them to want to know the truth, and to tell you the truth. It's no wonder they get such great results. We could not recommed any realtors more strongly!!!

Craig and Noreen are an outstanding realstate team! They go out of their way to take care of their clients, often meeting late at night to show homes and take care of any paperwork. All transactions I had with them were very professional and all closing paperwork was flawless.
