Carolynn surrounds herself by a great team which will be a benefit to any home buyer. We were thrilled with the mortgage broker she works with on a regular basis, Sherry Kushell. Now that we have finally purchased our home, she has great recommendations for everything else that follows, such as people for various repair services (all which are reasonably priced).
On a personal note, we feel like we have made a new friend. Carolynn started off as a business contact. Her caring attitude and genuine concern about finding a home that would make us happy made her more than just our realtor. I smile at the patience she displayed continually as we brought along our rambunctious kids for viewings. Families will be happy to work with her!
