Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $300K in East Chastain Park, Atlanta, GA.
Christy knew our desire to obtain a certain property and was diligent until she found a willing seller. She also kn ew the area very well and showed us plenty of other homes and never got frustrated.

Christy has been amazing! She is very energetic and enthusiastic, and just lovely. She took in all the details of what I would and wouldn’t like to have in a condo and gave me some options. Then by my reactions to those – she kept narrowing down the criteria until she knew exactly what I was after. To be honest, some things she realized even before I did.

Bought a Condo home in 2011 in East Chastain Park, Atlanta, GA.
Christy was a huge help in my home buying process, she is a hard worker, patient, and communicates very well. I don't think I would have ended up with the home of my dreams without her help. Through our several month process of home searching and negotiating she remained patient and always willing to go above and beyond to help us out. I love that Christy always gave us her personal opinion along with her real estate expertise, it is a very trustworthy characteristic. Along with this, she always responded to e-mails and phone calls as soon as possible and was very easy to get in touch with.
