Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $350K in Framingham, MA.

I don't even know where to begin. I can't thank you enough for EVERYTHING you have done. I knew going into it that this was going to be a bittersweet experience all around for me personally. I can honestly say that this was not even remotely as stressful, confusing, or burdening as I thought it was going to be (well, maybe except for a few hours Thursday night into the wee hours of Friday morning!) It is without a doubt because of you guys that I was able to keep a positive attitude and a smile on my face throughout the entire process. From Day 1 at our first meeting with Chuck, and my subsequent dealings with all of you thereafter, you always made me feel important. No communication was ever rushed or left me feeling like I was a bother. Your guidance and precise attention to details were magnificent. Your reassurance and sense of humor were a breath of fresh air and definitely appreciated at those "special" times. Sold a Townhouse home in 2013 for approximately $575K in Brookline, MA.

Chuck impressed my wife and I from the start. We started by selling our condo with him and then buying a house. Without even officially signing with Chuck, he did a complete walkthrough and recommendations on how to improve the house for an open house. He sat with us for 2 hours discussing our selling strategy and what we wanted for our next house. From the large things like negotiating final and best rounds to the small things like providing access for a plumber while we were traveling, Chuck and his team were top notch and provided a level of service that constantly impressed us.
