Sold a home in 2011.Summary:
Buying homes as a part time job has been great over the years. I have dealt with several realtors before I called Janet. I will never go to another realtor again. Not that I had bad experiences, but having a realtor that knows the ins and outs makes all of the difference. Everyone would agree that most people generally post reviews only when they have had a bad experience. I would fall into that category normally, but when a realtor makes me over six figures in two deals in one year I just want to thank her. Keep up the good work. Many people only buy a house once and don't understand how important having a good realtor is. Thanks again.…More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $150K in Clayton, NJ.Summary:
Janet went above and beyond when we listed our home for sale with her.
We originally listed with another realtor but our home sat unsold until the end of contract time. We were disheartened. However, we noticed one of Janet's listing on another property and at that point we decided to give her a call. We're 100% glad we did!
When we had questions she knew the answer. Janet is extremely knowlegable in real estate and she has the track record to prove it, which set us at ease. Due to our home being an older home we had some issues that came up and we weren't sure how to handle them ourselves. Janet knew exactly how to handle them, which also helped us as sellers have much less stress.
Because of Janet's expertise in real estate, everything from the time we signed the contract until the day we went to settlement went quickly and she sold our home in a month! Janet worked behind the scenes doing all the brainwork and kept us informed in this sale and we didn't have to worry. You can tell she loves her job because she does it well and that was our experience.
Honestly, we walked away knowing Janet as a friend, not just a realtor which isn't always the case in a real estate transaction.…More Less
