Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Middletown, CT.
Patrick was our realtor for a sale/rental of our condo which is owned by four siblings. He did an excellent job of keeping all parties informed every step of the way. it was especially helpful to me as I live out of state from where the condo is located. Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Middletown, CT.
Patrick was a great help to me as I tried to find the perfect place for my daughter and I.
He showed me many places, taught me about short sales, helped me negotiate the right price for the condo I finally chose, and became my friend. I am thankful that I trusted my instincts when I first met Patrick. Bought a home in 2011.
We were lucky enough to know Patrick prior to purchasing our home. He spent countless hours with us searching far and wide for the home we could grow old in. Being that my husband and I have VERY different tastes in home design, this was NOT an easy task. Frequently we would joke that Patrick was our marriage counselor as well as our Realtor. He has always given us rock-solid advice with regard to our rental property as well as our real estate purchases, and helped us find a great mortgage broker who took excellent care of us. Patrick is incredibly honest, and always does what is best for his clients, NOT his wallet. I always discourage people from doing business with friends, unless that friend is Patrick James!
