Sold a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $175K in Casas Adobes, Tucson, AZ.

I had my house listed for 4 months, we had about a dozen walkthroughs without a single offer. We took our listing off the market to reassess our needs and what we wanted in an agent (We were looking for someone who was a full time agent and didn't have another job, someone who answered their phone and returned phone calls, and someone who gave personal attention every step of the way). Within a week we were interviewing agents again and Curt was the 4th agent we met. What made him different was, he walked in and IMMEDIATELY began giving us recommendations regarding how he would list our property that no one else had even suggested. We chose him as our agent because of his creativity, his energy and his being so internet savvy. His confidence in selling our home sealed the deal, we listed with him based on his recommendations, and within a month we had an offer and closed 2 weeks later! I would highly refer Curt Stinson to anyone looking for an agent who was committed, engaged, and motivated to sell their home.

Sold a home in 2014.

Curt Stinson helped us sell our home and is in the process of helping us buy a new one. He listens carefully to what we needed (both in the selling and buying) and remains an incredible help. Curt is fun to work with, and he made the process of our house sale very easy.

He is very customer focused and knowledgeable about the market. He continues to take great care in all the paperwork and negotiation as well as a great advocate for us. Most important, he is helping us find a new home with all the criteria we were looking for.

We absolutely love working with Curt Stinson and would highly recommend to all my friends who are looking for homes. – Julie M.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $350K in Marana, AZ.

24 hours! That’s right we had a contract on our home within 24 hours of the listing going live. Curt and the rest of the Stinson team did an amazing job assisting with the sale of our home – from the pictures for listing to closing his team was always available to assist (regardless of the request). The Stinson Team is the #1 in the market – I would highly recommend and defiantly use again. If you are in need of an agent – select the best of the best Curt Stinson and Team

Bought a home in 2013.

My husband and I had a great experience with Curt and the rest of the Stinson Team when purchasing our new house. I have dealt with other agents in the past but the service we received from Curt was far superior to what we had experienced in the past. I have referred several friends and family to Curt and have all received the same level of professionalism and excellent service. Thanks again Curt!

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $150K in Tucson, AZ.

The Stinson team listed and sold my house as a short sale. It was a long and stressful process because of the bank's reluctance to short sale but after 18 months, the short sale was finalized and I am rid of the house. The two main team members with which I worked (Karen Nelson and Jeanette Flonnes) were awesome. They answered my questions quickly, honestly and thoroughly, and kept my sane throughout the process.

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in New Tucson, AZ 85641

We are considering selling our newly built custom home. We have built and sold homes in the past and have had good success using a Realtor. For a current market analysis, we contacted Curt Stinson, a Realtor who has other properties listed in our neighborhood, Curt Stinson arrived for his appointment without a single comp of the neighborhood. Although he appeared unprepared, he attempted to impress us with his experience, expertise and knowledge of the real estate market He called himself “brutally honest” but came across as rude, negative and arrogant. During our walk through he attempted to impress upon us that our recently built custom home had no more value than an older existing home or even a spec home. Not only were his remarks derogatory, inconsiderate and impersonal, but completely untrue and unprofessional. Not only did he make a bad impression regarding our property but he likely violated the code of ethics. He disclosed the neighbor's private information (his listing) regarding their short sale and their financal situation . He even took credit for their taking his advice to stop making payments to get the lenders attention. Ironically, with all of this, his verbal “estimate” of what the house should list for was not all that far from what we we considering. Had he been more professional, ethical and considerate, we may have been able to come to some reasonable listing agreement. However, Curt Stinson clearly has no interest in his clients personally, their privacy or their feelings. We do not believe he has the appropriate people skills, or ethical beliefs, to handle either our real estate needs, or that of any other potential client. There are many other qualified agents who understand their fiduciary responsibility to their clients.

Bought a home in 2013.

My wife and I recently bought a beautiful brand new home and we credit Curt and the Stinson Team with making this process an enjoyable one! We can’t say enough about how available, professional and knowledgeable the entire team was. Curt, Matt, Jeanette, Marissa and the rest of the team worked together seamlessly with us to find the perfect home. Matt made time to show us properties at our convenience and always showed patience during the process. I will refer my family and friends to the Stinson Team.
