When my Husband and I hired Enoch Simmons from the Gilbert, Arizona office of Curtis Johnson Realty to sell our Arizona residence, we had no idea that he would have it sold within a few days from the day that we signed the listing. We were proud to have Enoch represent us and our home. He did everything right, including the sale price. We would hire him again, and again, and again.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $225K in Avondale, AZ.
Primary point of contact: Michael Barry

We used Michael Barry, with Curtis Johnson Realty, to list and sell our home. Michael was fantastic from beginning to finish. He gave us the most comprehensive (and accurate) market assessment. Michael was extremely knowledgeable of the local area, and he put us at a price point that generated maximum traffic and a sale at top price in under 3 weeks time. He was very responsive. In fact, I was out of state at the time and he was very diligent to contact me with updates. Michael quite simply did an outstanding job, and I'm happy to give him my highest recommendation. If I ever need to list a property again, Michael Barry is without a doubt the man I will use.

Bought a home in 2014 in Surprise, AZ 85379.
Primary point of contact: Brandon Switzer

Our Curtis Johnson realtor, Brandon Switzer, was amazing. He had contacted us in response to a search we did looking for houses in Surprise, AZ. We are from Minnesota and were not ready to actually buy a house right away. Brandon did not pressure us, but regularly checked in with us for over a year until we were ready. He was more knowledgeable about the various loans and programs available than the previous realtor that we were considering and he really knew the market and the area well. When we flew to Phoenix for a week to look for our house, he spent a lot of time showing us over 25 houses! He walked us through the bidding process and by the time we left Phoenix we had a house! Then via phone and e-mail Brandon helped us through the inspection and appraisal process and we ended up backing out of that house and rebidding on another house we had previously bid on. Brandon was so on top of everything. He even fought for and won back our earnest money that was supposed to be nonrefundable per our contract. He also negotiated the repairs of our new house when the sellers were refusing to do them. We feel Brandon went above and beyond to get us the home of our dreams.

My experience of Curtis Johsnon Realty is that they constantaly strive to grow and improve which promotes the client having the best possible experience when working with Curtis Johnson Realty. That is what really attracted me to Curtis Johnson Realty - the commitment to being the best they could be so that they could help their clients as best as possible!

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $150K in Overgaard, AZ.

My realtor Michael Barry was great. He went above and beyond trying to sell our home in an area where the market was a "buyers market" our circumstances were probably different than most sellers buy Michael worked around everything. I will admit the commission was higher than other realtors and we weren't happy with that in the beginning. But we had another realtor who lived up north and we used her 2 times to try to sell our home over 2 years with no results. Michael came in and got our home sold within 5 months and made multiple trips up north to get it done. He truly deserved everything he got!

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $225K in Queen Creek, AZ.

My realtor Michael Barry is amazing! He did everything possible and went above and beyond to get my house sold. He kept in constant communication with me so that I was aware of the status at all times. He is extremely kind and professional and makes sure his clients feel like they are all number one. I would not use any other realtor after having this experience with Michael! He is the BEST and the only realtor I would recommend.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $400K in Mesa, AZ.

Michael Barry was hands down the best realtor we have ever had. He was dedicated to helping us find a home in a small window of time. He helped us from beginning to end even 2 long hot days in the middle of June. At closing he assured we had our keys even driving to meet me at a Target instead of expecting me to come to his office. He took us to lunch during our long day, and was just over all a wonderful professional agent to have on our team. He kept us adequately informed during the closing process of any arising issues (and there were a few). The only snafu was the miscommunication on move in days. We had assigned a move in date that was not honored by the former homeowner or their agent. Michael felt terrible about our mix up and even gave us a $200 Home Depot gift card as a closing gift.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $200K in Villages of Eastridge, Mesa, AZ.
Primary point of contact: Justin Dols

Justin Dols with Curtis Johnson helped me with Short Selling my house in Mesa. As many know Short Selling a house is an extensive, time intensive and paper work intensive process and Justin helped me all the way through it. He provided prompt feedback and himself along with another associate would call me weekly to provide an update or ask just if I had any concerns or issues. Their help and knowledge really helped me get through the Short Sell process. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an excellent realtor.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $175K in Peoria, AZ.

Justin held my hand and kept encouraging me not to give up. It took 14 months for my house to close. It was difficult for me as I was in SC and the property is in Peoria AZ. We had several false starts but Justin stuck in there for me, encouraged me and I really appreciate all he did for me.
