No I don't and I am curious as to why it is important personally. I have a facebook account that is also linked to Brighkite, a linkedin, plaxo, zillow, trulia, activerain etc... and I have never been chosen because of that so I would love to know the appeal of having an agent who is internet linked. I would love your feedback. thank you.
If you type your address by the Zillow toolbar you should get all the information pertaining to your home such as public records type info: number of beds, baths, square footage. It should also have when you bought it if recently along with the zestimate in bold.
I stand by my answer! "What would that accomplish"??? Please read the question first before answering and bad mouthing someone else. If home values go down there is a way to reassess your value with the county assessor's office. I have helped many many people achieve that and save them money when the home they purchased through me and with their 100% satisfaction (I might add to the naysayers) dropped 50% of its value. Since mdavies167's property taxes are rolled into his mortgage he needs to take care of the tax issues and then talk to his bank. How come when I suggest a refi and I get screamed at and you wilkins thinks it is ok to say so as a "confirmed lender"..... The point is to help and answer the questions not trash others uselessly. Shame on you.
In regards to property value: You will need to provide comparable sales to the Alameda assessor's office and fill out their form, Once it is accepted give that to your lender (contact BofA) and tell them that the property value has gone down so they can adjust it You might also talk loan modification or high loan to value refi.good luck,
The best way is to contact your Realtor who will do the search for you from the MLS. It takes very little time if we know the area, neighborhood and parameters.
Berkeley and Oakland have the toughest tenant rights in CA it seems so before you do anything talk to the rent control board because it is not that easy to evict a tenant in these 2 cities! Even for a move in and then if you decide not to move into the property OR you move out after a few years these evicted tenants have first right of refusal!!! Be sure to learn all the rules because Berkeley tenants do know them!
Actually that house sold in 2005 for $676,000 and the owners lost it to foreclosure so it is on the market now for $479,900. They had an offer that did not go through and maybe that offer was for $100K more but usually that info is confidential until close of escrow.
Does anyone know of a real estate agnet that uses BrightKite (www.brightkite.com)?
