Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Federal Way, WA.
Cathy was very helpful and just wonderful to have by my side as I went through the process of buying a house! I could not have asked for a better person to guide me through the process. I am a first time home buyer and really had no idea what I was doing. Cathy explained all of the steps in detail and answered the many, many questions I had. I am so thankful that I was lucky enough to stumble upon Cathy at the very beginning of my home buying journey!

If you are looking to buy or sell a real estate property in King County then I would highly recommend Cathy Wahlin. I have worked with Cathy. She knows the market real well. Her expertise includes but not limited to knowledge of the market, helping clients making realistic offer, negotiating contract. She is very detailed oriented, hardworking,dedicated has excellent work ethics, lots of patience, good listner and communicator. You will be pleased that you choose her.
Any real estate agent can close the deal but its different with Cathy. She makes sure that every aspect of the deal is taken care of major to minor. Every situation is different and she has the ability to know and work accordingly to the need of her client and I appreciate this quality a lot. It is important for a real estate agent to know the market condition and Cathy has that knowledge and instinct.
Work with her and she will make sure that you are satisfied with her service during and after the close of real estate transaction.

Sold a home in 2012.
Cathy was my listing agent in a challenging and somewhat emotional sale of my late Mother's older moblile home in a Seniors 55 and over Mobile Home Park. Cathy has several websites that featured our home and was very conscientious about making suggestions along the way to help find a buyer. She followed up every step of the way, and responded immediately to my requests. Once we got the offer, she worked dilligently with me for several weeks to negotiate with the buyer and get everything set up to may satisfaction. We closed today, without a hitch. If you are buying or selling give Cathy a call, it will be a great experience.

Cathy is a phenomenal individual. She is dedicated to her clients and goes out of her way to make sure things are done in a timely manner and done right. She helped us gain insight as to the local communities that were best for our needs and helped us find a wonderful home in an area with which we were unfamiliar. She has a delightful warm personality and always treats you with kindness and respect. She is not the kind of realtor to push you into a home you would regret buying. Honest and resourceful. She comes with our highest recommendation to anyone looking to purchase a home.

I cannot tell you how much Cathy help me with my home sale. In a down market, Cathy was a calm and experienced agent that went above and beyond what I would expect from any real estate agent.
What makes Cathy different from other real estate professionals that I have worked with is that she really does look out for the best interest of her clients even at her cost. She answers almost every phone call I placed to her and when she didn't she would call back immediately. She knew the market, gave me honest expectations, and worked with me for more than a year to see my home finally sold. At this point, I consider Cathy a trusted friend.
Given would jump at any opportunity to refer Cathy because I know in doing so the person I have referred will recieve the best possible customer service.

Cathy was very helpful with my first home purchase. Easy to get a hold of and responded to my questions fast. She was very patient with the time it took my girlfriend and I to find the perfect home for us and our dogs.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $275K in Kent, WA.
Cathy is a very knowledgeable expert that made our first time home buying experience tremendously smooth. Not only was she always open for answering our questions or taking us to see homes (20+) but her knowledge and experience helped us close a brand new short sale within 60 days which was only 24 hours before the tax credit "was" supposed to end.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $275K in Kent, WA.
We tried buying our home with several agents but couldn't but when we met Cathy, the whole idea changed for the better. Cathy helped us identity and fix those things that were causing the problem. She went as far as recommending to us people that could help make things right and we built a team. Cathy was very understandig and interactive and uncompelling. We had wonderful experience because we fully participated and made major decisions on the price we were comfortable paying and how we want our purchase to go. Cathy was very patient and guided us with proffessional affection that we were able to close on time and fulfil our dream of getting the first time home buyers tax credit. I strongly recommend her.
