For almost a decade, I have been a professional home stager. I've helped dozens of real estate agents and home sellers take a more pro-active approach to selling their home.  From Maricopa to Phoenix, Scottsdale to Chandler, I have assisted home sellers with a first hand experience staging their home.  I understand that turning a home into a "house" is an emotional process and I'm always glad to help.  I invite you to read through my Active Rain blog as I have written several posts about staging.  As a neutral third party, a home stager is one of the best allies you can have to help you sell your house!

Although the market is not nearly as "booming" as it was a few years ago, I can't imagine a better time to join a new industry and have time to really learn from the ground floor - then now.  If I had started a couple of years ago when houses were selling even before being listed, I might not have the appreciation for the hard work and tenacity it takes to succeed in this industry.  For that, I am thankful.  I have time ... time to learn, time to ask questions (time to be answered) and time to serve my clients professionally and ultimately to the best of my ability.
