Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $625K in Fallbrook, CA.
Jack represented us as a buyer and we were very impressed by his expertise and his willingness to go above and beyond. He even put us in touch with local vendors so that we were ready to make repairs as soon as we closed. Without Jack, this process would not have run nearly this smooth. I will be using him again in the future!

Bought a home in 2013.
My wife and I entered into contract to acquire a short sale in Fallbrook, California. The servicing company representing the mortgage holder, was very unrealistic about the fair market value and were reluctant to write the value down to a realistic figure even though the property had been offered for sale for nearly six months without completing a deal.
Jack was very knowledgable as to what steps had to be taken in getting them to a realistic number.
We enjoyed working with Jack because of his expertise concerning short sales and his knowledge of comparable properties in the Subject Neighborhood.
All and all, I would say it was good experience, even though the time frame was relatively long as a result of the servicing companies delays. Good job Jack!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $750K in Fallbrook, CA.
Jack provided me with a great knowledge of the local housing market. He also went the extra mile in supporting my transition to the local community with insights, reliable contractor names and varmint control. I moved in, then had recommended contractors that worked in house while I lived with minimal furniture. When I moved from my other home Jack was there with me at 10 PM helping move in a mattress and bed frame from my truck. His connection with other clients provided resources for the transition, names, numbers. ideas for how to proceed. I have dealt with a number of other realtors and have to say I have never had the quality and quantity of support and information that I got from Jack. When he was traveling, his wife Peggy did showings of candidate properties that brought in the final home, what a team!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Fallbrook, CA.
Jack was the perfect realtor. He was accessible, followed up well, and kept in constant communication. His follow up was excellent, and he negotiated through a difficult short sale involving a first and second mortgage with different banks. He listened to us and did not pressure us. He was not just concerned with making a sale, but the aftermath for us and gave us some good ideas to recover our credit He became a friend through this process, and is someone I would highly recommend and work with again!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $675K in Bonsall, CA.
Jack spent almost 2 years with us as a buyers agent. He was always honest, responsive, patient, and most importantly, looked out for our interests. His knowledge ot the area and the market led us to a great house at a great price. He did what it took to get the deal done in a difficult short sale situation. I have already recommended him and will continue to do so. We will definitely use him in the future.

It was a absolute pleasure to work with Jack, Not only is he very experienced, but he also has his clients best interests in mind. All I had to do was make a call, and Jack was returning my call immediately. Jack has also sold my best friend a home and the experience has been the same. I can't wait for Jack to show my more homes to select from.

He was able to bring me an acceptable offer within 1 week of having my property listed. The transaction was closed in 30 days. Other agents had the property listed for over 2 years with no results.
