Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Worthington Hills, Columbus, OH.
Cynthia started the process by thoroughly reviewing our home, then analyzing both what was currently on the market as our competition as well as what had recently sold with us. She was very honest with pluses and minuses of our home and those we were comparing. She explained her philosophy for showings versus offers and how this aligns with pricing. You may not like what she has to say, but you would be wise to listen.
She efficiently and professionally arranged for the "ancillary services" - a staging, photography, advertising, etc. Her use of Centralized Scheduling for approving showings worked very smoothly. In most cases she was successful in getting feedback from a showing agent, and always shared that with us.
She answered all our questions, gave us her informed opinions, and accepted our decisions on actions to take or not to take.
We didn't get to see Cynthia negotiate because she brought us multiple offers including one that was quite acceptable as was!
As I buy/sell again, I will definitely hire Cynthia MacKenzie.

Cynthia and her entire team were very positive and full of knowledge of the Worthington area. We have sold several houses and have worked with many realtors. Cynthia and her team have been by far the best to work with in all of our dealings! We highly recommend them and will definately use them again for future needs.

Cynthia and her team (especially Amy Weinsz) were incredible to work with. Our selling process had tons of ups and downs, but CyMacK never once lost patience with us. They were confident they could sell our house and they did. Cynthia is very well connected in the real estate world and made sure our house had plenty of exposure. Amy is a master at the negotiating/closing process and made it seamless. If we had worked with any other realtor, we would have given up and not moved into our dream home.

Bought a home in 2012.
As a first-time homebuyer, I was inexperienced and nervous about the process. Cynthia and her team were a delight to work with. They expeditiously addressed all of my questions and concerns during the process, and put my mind at ease from the beginning through closing. I look forward to working with Cynthia again in the future.

Our house was in contract within a week! Cynthia gave us terrific advice for getting our house ready to sell, and it clearly worked. Cynthia and her team were professional, highly responsive and a pleasure to work with. We are considering another move and will certainly list with CyMack!

An honest, good, realtor who help guide us through both the selling and purchasing of our home. Provided insight into the market to help us price out home for sale and to place an appropriate bid in our home purchase. Also they were very friendly and compassionate to work with understanding the emotional trials one goes through in the process of selling and buying a home.

Cynthia is wonderful to work with. When selling our home she was extremely helpful and practical with suggestions on things to do to our home before putting on the market, she was very knowledgable in helping us price our home, and she went above and beyond for us through the entire process. Its also worth mentioning that our house sold in less than a week. Selling our home and moving away was hard for us emotionally, but Cynthia, and her wonderful team, made it a very easy & pleasant experience. We highly recommend CyMack!

HIGHLY recommend Cynthia and team for buying or selling. Cynthia is fun, honest, patient and always keeps her client's best interest in mind. Cynthia showed me many houses and always gave her honest opinion, sharing and knowledge she knew about the area or property. Additionally we have discussed selling a property with Cynthia. Her response times on questions and communications are phenomenal. Always willing to help where she can!
She worked with her colleagues to get showings quickly, and handled all the little things that go along with selling a house.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
