GREAT NEWS: I can help you get a Down Payment grant (doesn't have to be repaid) from Colorado equal to 4% of your loan. Call me for answers.

I have been licensed since 2004. I combine my 20+ years of sales experience with a sincere interest in assisting my clients to achieve their goals in the shortest amount of time. I am consistently ranked among the top 10% of realtors in my community.

With my success rate, I have become a "Certified Residential Specialist", of which less than 4% of REALTORS Nationwide hold this designation, and a "Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist". I am also a "Certified Mountain Area Specialist" awarded to only those REALTORS who are experienced with selling property in the mountains and complete a rigorous education curriculum.

~ I was voted "2013 Best Realtor" by Mountain Connection readers.  There are 22,000 subscribers in the Denver Foothills.

~ I was awarded the 2013 FIVE STAR REALTOR rating on 5280 Magazine

~ I am savvy to REO(Bank Owned) properties as well as Short Sales.  I have a professional team of Short Sale negotiators ready to assist.

~ I am a member of the National, Colorado and Mountain Metro Association of REALTORS, Council of Residential Specialists, Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, and the Evergreen Downtown Business Association.

~ My website: CoMountainLiving has an innovative mapping search tool and offers a wealth of information about the market and the local area. You can also search using your mobile device at www.daVinciRealtyMobile.com

~ I have been described as having a "Fighter Pilot" mentality when it comes to negotiating the best deal for my clients. It's about aggressive creativity!

~ My "Showing Desk" administrators are up late to 8pm. This gives my selling clients an advantage as those night time drive-bys can result in more buyers viewing their home.

On a personal note: I have a wonderful wife, Patty, and an amazing daughter, Gianna. I moved to Colorado in 2003, after spending my entire life living in the San Francisco Bay Area. I am an avid tennis & softball player and currently captain our Evergreen Softball Team the Dugout Daddies.

Community Involvement: It's important when you choose a REALTOR, you interview those that seek to give back to their community. My goal is to commit time and resources to a number of organizations and family activities.

~Having a downtown office and being a member of the Evergreen Downtown Business Association, I actively participate in annual events like the Halloween Walk, December Holiday Walk, Evergreen Rodeo Parade, Dam Ducky Derby along with many others. I was 2008/9 EDBA President.  I am also the creator of the only Downtown Evergreen Walking Map distributed by the local businesses, B&B's, airport, Visit Denver booths and the Evergreen Chamber. It's my way of helping visitors and residents know what's available in the "Heart of Evergreen".

Ratings & Reviews

Chris was nothing short of fantastic. I will recommend him to anyone buying/selling a home. We put our house on the market and got 9 offers in the first weekend ... most were WAY above our asking price! The first buyers backed out unexpectedly but Chris skillfully negotiated with the second buyers and we were almost immediately back under contract. Everything was going along smoothly but then our house flooded just a couple of days before closing. It had never happened before but we thought for sure the buyers would back out since we had to tear out a floor and had water seeping in from the foundation. We were devastated. Chris, however, artfully negotiated the deal and we sold our house as scheduled on the day of closing! We were so thankful we picked Chris... we knew if we'd had any other realtor that the deal would have probably fell through. We closed on another house just a couple of weeks after our house sale and the whole process went so smoothly. Chris is extremely knowledgeable about mountain homes and our mountain communities, is very responsive to calls/texts/emails, was very patient with all of our questions and had lots of great advice for us (for both selling our old home and buying our new one). If we ever sell/buy a house again, I would only want Chris as our agent.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $450K in Evergreen, CO.

We are a bit delayed in posting this review, but it is never too late to say, "Thank you, Chris" for helping make our dream of owning and living in the mountains a reality. We had known for several years that we would locate in CO for retirement but did not get serious about it until the summer of 2014. On a hunch we contacted Chris Vinci because of his professional bio and exposure on Zillow's website. It was one of the best decisions we ever made. Chris helped us extensively for 3-4 days during the summer, driving us all over the area to look at regions, neighborhoods and homes. Even to the extent that we chose some places that he could have just said, "I don't think this is right for you..." he drove us there anyway and let us decide for ourselves. When we did not find the exact home during that intense window of time, we returned home. Chris kept us informed and up to date on everything that came on the market that might interest us. When our dream home did become available, he phoned us before it even went on the market and described the home that we had been looking for. We flew out over the weekend, made an offer, along with two other parties at the same time!! Talk about stressful!! But Chris saw it through for us and we were at once, proud owners of a beautiful mountain home. Several logistical scenarios happened before we were able to sell our other home in Virginia and move to Colorado. Chris even took care of finding a superb caretaker to watch our home for us through the winter and purchased a home warranty for us on his own. We highly recommend Chris Vinci as a knowledgeable expert on mountain homes throughout the Evergreen area and beyond. He is a busy man, but he always had time for even the most seemingly insignificant questions and queries from us. As we excitedly make this house our home in this beautiful area, we are lucky to have been able to benefit from the expertise of Chris Vinci as a professional, but are truly pleased to call him our friend.  More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $350K in Conifer, CO.

Chris did a terrific job finding me a home. In this very competitive environment I was coming up against numerous buyers at each potential home. I knew it was going to be a major challenge to find something I could afford without stiff competition. Over one weekend I told Chris I needed to find a home basically by next Sunday. He picked up the phone and started calling people who had their homes on the market during the previous season but who had not yet put their homes back on the market for the upcoming spring season. We got lucky and found someone with a great house in the mountains that fit my needs and the seller agreed to go under contract within a week. Creativity is critical in this market, and it is what enabled me to find this home.  More Less
