Bought a home in 2015 in El Rancho, Evergreen, CO 80439.

Chris assisted my wife and I in the process of purchasing our first home. As first time home buyers, we did not know exactly what to expect with this process. Chris guided us through the entire process start to finish explaining every step of the way. He was able to find us a great house and got us an amazing price on it. Chris really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the purchase and found the right house - he treated us more like friends he was looking out for than clients. Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $425K in Evergreen, CO.

Karen and I listed our home with Chris in mid-March and, in a word, Chris was (is) fantastic. 37 days later, we were at closing and the house was sold. Chris guided us through every step of the way, provided resources we needed to complete inspection items, worked with the appraiser, etc., Truly, I cannot recommend Chris highly enough. If I called him with a question, he either answered his phone, or called back within minutes. If I texted him, he responded immediately. More subjectively, Chris provided a positive attitude throughout the process. Moving is stressful and it's easy to obsess over the details. His can do outlook, and we'll get it handled demeanor were a life saver. Truly, work with Chris. You will be glad you did. Chris: Karen and I thank you!!  More Less
