    Bought a home in 2012.
    We met with a few agents in the area and decided to go with Chris based on his extensive knowledge of the Evergreen/Conifer/Jefferson Co area. We were relocating from NYC to CO, so we needed an agent that could quickly understand our needs and do the legwork for us, since we couldn't come out often to CO. We were extremely pleased with how fast Chris understood our wish list and delivered homes that fit our criteria.

    He didn't waste our time steering us down homes that didn't fit our criteria. He was always respectful of our budget, time, and never forced us to make a rushed decision on a home. He was very obliging when we wanted to go out of our comfort zone to see different types of homes. He did the work and showed us whatever we wanted. He came fully prepared before viewings understanding each home in detail. Whatever we didn't know during the viewing, we knew within 24 hours. When it came time to put in an offer, he provided a wealth of information in light fast speed, so we didn't miss a beat on putting in the best offer. We really appreciated his tenacity to get answers from sellers, never "selling us" on a home to make a commission, and he went the extra mile to refer vendors to us that helped make the home buying process very smooth.

    He is very outgoing, personable, and friendly to all in the community from what we can see. That really helps when trying to get the inside track on a community. We would recommend Chris to anyone who needs a buying/selling agent. We would use him again for our real estate needs.

    Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $475K in Evergreen, CO.
    I’m not a normal homebuyer, and Chris isn’t your normal broker. I’m a tough and demanding buyer, who wants detail and action, and Chris provides this in spades. I first worked with Chris on a rental property purchase. I had fired my previous broker, and called Chris after hearing about him through a coworker. That property fell through, and the seller didn’t want to return my earnest money. Chris spent a lot of time on this deal, and wasn’t going to get paid on it. Rather than walk away, he spent another hundred hours or more calling attorneys, industry contacts. He guided me through the court filings, provided all of the contracts, high lighted the main events after talking to legal advisors, and went to the court hearing with my wife and I in the middle of the night. In then end, we won the case. After helpings us for months on the deal that fell through, he found our dream home. But, it was a short sale. These are extremely difficult and frustrating. Once again, Chris’ hard work and attention to detail paid off. The deal took 9 months, had numerous iterations and negotiations with the bank. He was relentless in working on our behalf. In addition to saving us around 30% on the home to start with, he also got the bank to drop the price by another 10% after we found a structural issue before closing. Chris brought in four construction companies, sent the repair out to bid, dealt with two engineers, and managed the construction to get the deal closed. I’ve worked with a lot of real-estate agents through the years, but homes are such expensive items they demand you have the best team on your side.     Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $300K in Evergreen, CO.
    I spent a great deal of time over the past 8 years looking for a home in the Rocky Mountains. Over the years I have worked with several Realtors leaving my search efforts unsuccessful. After a lengthy hiatus in my search efforts I spotted a home that caught my interest and decided to call Chris based on his customer ratings. I spoke with Chris about a couple properties of interest and we agreed to meet for showings. Chris added to the list a few additional homes he thought I may be interested in seeing. I was amazed when I realized, after only a 20 minute conversation, Chris had tuned into my dream home specifications and located my perfect home that ideally fell within my price range. He clearly knows the area well and is able to accurately match people to properties. Chris was more help during the painful process of purchasing a foreclosed home than I can even begin to express. He has also been a great deal of help post-purchase as I am a first time mountain home buyer. Be it tax information or utility contacts, Chris has been extremely helpful as I settle into my new "home". I would highly recommend Chris to anybody looking to buy a mountain home.  MoreLess
