Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $375K in Erie, CO.Summary:
I selected Chris on a whim thru Zillow as I was searching for homes on the internet. I found his website easier and more info inclusive the most other Realtors websites so during my search I continued to use his. As I lived in Texas and could not come up to Colorado right away Chris was flexible enough to look at homes with my sister as I selected numerous homes to explore on his website. I selected a home that we thought was going to be the one until the home inspector found some problems that were not apparent during any walk thru. Instead of pushing for a quick sale on this particular home Chris wanted to ensure that my family would be happy and comfortable in this new home and we both agreed that it wasn't what I was looking for. I had to come back to Colorado a second time and Chris devoted two whole days to only searching homes with me knowing I had traveled far to look at homes. We must have looked at 30-40 homes and he never waivered to help me find just the right one. His knowledge of the area and the schools helped immensely. We found the home and couldn't be happier. The schools are excellent, neighbors are wonderful, and my wife and family love our new home and community. You can't go wrong working with Chris Vinci. No pressure, no hype, no ego just dedicated to finding the right place within your budget.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Bailey, CO.Summary:
Chris Vinci is one of the most pro-active agents I've ever dealt with. He's also a stickler for detail. In fact, at closing he found a mistake in the Title paperwork that would have cost us $750.00 if it had gone unnoticed. He also found us a great house by the way. We will use Chris for all of our future real estate adventures.

Chris' knowledge of the locality was superb. He helped me buy a house through a trying process with a non-motivated seller. His tenacity was instrumental in keeping things moving throughout the negotiating process and beyond. I would highly recommend contacting Chris Vinci if you are looking for a home in the Colorado foothills.

Chris was great. We felt more and more lucky as time went on to have Chris as our realator. He helped us find the right house for us and was not just interested in making a sale. He was committed, kept detailed notes and prepared well for all our our outings. We will be recomending him to all of our friends.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $300K in Evergreen, CO.Summary:
I spent a great deal of time over the past 8 years looking for a home in the Rocky Mountains. Over the years I have worked with several Realtors leaving my search efforts unsuccessful. After a lengthy hiatus in my search efforts I spotted a home that caught my interest and decided to call Chris based on his customer ratings. I spoke with Chris about a couple properties of interest and we agreed to meet for showings. Chris added to the list a few additional homes he thought I may be interested in seeing. I was amazed when I realized, after only a 20 minute conversation, Chris had tuned into my dream home specifications and located my perfect home that ideally fell within my price range. He clearly knows the area well and is able to accurately match people to properties. Chris was more help during the painful process of purchasing a foreclosed home than I can even begin to express. He has also been a great deal of help post-purchase as I am a first time mountain home buyer. Be it tax information or utility contacts, Chris has been extremely helpful as I settle into my new "home". I would highly recommend Chris to anybody looking to buy a mountain home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Littleton, CO.Summary:
My wife and I found Chris on Zillow while starting a house search. Chris was GREAT! We were under some fairly quick deadlines to find something and he worked very hard to make that happen. He was very knowledgeable of the areas we were interested in, understood housing needs in-depth and was an expert at the process. He saved us much hassle when navigating the process, as well as offering great advice regarding our future plans for the home. He was amazingly patient while we considered and reviewed home inventory over a 350 square mile region (35 x 10 miles). Ultimately, we found the perfect house for us and we LOVE IT! We would highly recommend Chris for you home search!

Bought a Multi Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in Evergreen, CO.Summary:
After telling Chris what I was looking for, he showed me several houses, all which fit my description perfectly, no wasting time looking at things that didn't suit me, making it easy to pick the right house, quickly. He was always two steps ahead of me in the negotiation process, taking care of every little detail, and explaining the process along the way. I am very happy with my new home, and am grateful for Chris' help and expertise!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Evergreen, CO.Summary:
Chris helped me and my family find and purchase our dream home in Colorado. Having never lived in the mountains before and relocating from another state Chris was absolutely fantastic in every step of the process. He was accessible, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful not only with the purchase of our home but insuring that the transition was as smooth as possible.
Chris goes above and beyond the call for his clients to make sure the experience is as comfortable as possible. He has incredible local knowledge and connections for any and all needs as they arise. Even after getting settled I still use his website to find referrals for my house needs.
I highly recommend Chris to anyone considering the move to the front-range.

Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
My wife and I met Chris a year ago when we were here on holidays and thinking of moving to Evergreen within 2 years. The time taken immediately to show us around the area and homes that might interest us if the time came was nothing short of marvellous. When we relocated and walked into Chis's office it was like we had met yesterday. Chris got on the case straight away and was showing us places. I can honestly say it was so refreshing having an realtor that knew what you wanted and would point out both the pro's and the con's of properties. If Chris knew the property was not right for us, he would tell us rather than trying to get us to buy every property we walked into. For my wife and I that was the greatest thing and made us feel totally confident and confortable working with him. His local knowledge is second to none and we never had to chase him up for not returning calls or emails....NEVER.

Home buying can be a confusing process for first time home buyers but Chris helped explain everything so that we could confidently purchase the house we wanted. His knowledge of the area is unbelievable. He knows the best people in the business and can put you in contact with lenders, inspectors, and insurance agents.
He really worked for us and made himself available any time for questions and always got back to us quickly. He was great to work with and made us feel like we were his only clients even though he had a handful of other properties under contract.
You will not be disappointed working with Chris. He is very personable and we recommend him to anyone who is in the market to purchase or sell a house. We LOVE our house and couldn't be happier and we have to give a lot of that credit to the hard work of Chris Vinci. Thank you very much!
