Bought a home in 2012.
We met with a few agents in the area and decided to go with Chris based on his extensive knowledge of the Evergreen/Conifer/Jefferson Co area. We were relocating from NYC to CO, so we needed an agent that could quickly understand our needs and do the legwork for us, since we couldn't come out often to CO. We were extremely pleased with how fast Chris understood our wish list and delivered homes that fit our criteria.

He didn't waste our time steering us down homes that didn't fit our criteria. He was always respectful of our budget, time, and never forced us to make a rushed decision on a home. He was very obliging when we wanted to go out of our comfort zone to see different types of homes. He did the work and showed us whatever we wanted. He came fully prepared before viewings understanding each home in detail. Whatever we didn't know during the viewing, we knew within 24 hours. When it came time to put in an offer, he provided a wealth of information in light fast speed, so we didn't miss a beat on putting in the best offer. We really appreciated his tenacity to get answers from sellers, never "selling us" on a home to make a commission, and he went the extra mile to refer vendors to us that helped make the home buying process very smooth.

He is very outgoing, personable, and friendly to all in the community from what we can see. That really helps when trying to get the inside track on a community. We would recommend Chris to anyone who needs a buying/selling agent. We would use him again for our real estate needs.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $475K in Evergreen, CO.
I’m not a normal homebuyer, and Chris isn’t your normal broker. I’m a tough and demanding buyer, who wants detail and action, and Chris provides this in spades. I first worked with Chris on a rental property purchase. I had fired my previous broker, and called Chris after hearing about him through a coworker. That property fell through, and the seller didn’t want to return my earnest money. Chris spent a lot of time on this deal, and wasn’t going to get paid on it. Rather than walk away, he spent another hundred hours or more calling attorneys, industry contacts. He guided me through the court filings, provided all of the contracts, high lighted the main events after talking to legal advisors, and went to the court hearing with my wife and I in the middle of the night. In then end, we won the case. After helpings us for months on the deal that fell through, he found our dream home. But, it was a short sale. These are extremely difficult and frustrating. Once again, Chris’ hard work and attention to detail paid off. The deal took 9 months, had numerous iterations and negotiations with the bank. He was relentless in working on our behalf. In addition to saving us around 30% on the home to start with, he also got the bank to drop the price by another 10% after we found a structural issue before closing. Chris brought in four construction companies, sent the repair out to bid, dealt with two engineers, and managed the construction to get the deal closed. I’ve worked with a lot of real-estate agents through the years, but homes are such expensive items they demand you have the best team on your side. Chris and his network of professionals are the best available.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $300K in Evergreen, CO.
I spent a great deal of time over the past 8 years looking for a home in the Rocky Mountains. Over the years I have worked with several Realtors leaving my search efforts unsuccessful. After a lengthy hiatus in my search efforts I spotted a home that caught my interest and decided to call Chris based on his customer ratings. I spoke with Chris about a couple properties of interest and we agreed to meet for showings. Chris added to the list a few additional homes he thought I may be interested in seeing. I was amazed when I realized, after only a 20 minute conversation, Chris had tuned into my dream home specifications and located my perfect home that ideally fell within my price range. He clearly knows the area well and is able to accurately match people to properties. Chris was more help during the painful process of purchasing a foreclosed home than I can even begin to express. He has also been a great deal of help post-purchase as I am a first time mountain home buyer. Be it tax information or utility contacts, Chris has been extremely helpful as I settle into my new "home". I would highly recommend Chris to anybody looking to buy a mountain home.

Bought a home in 2011.
My wife and I met Chris a year ago when we were here on holidays and thinking of moving to Evergreen within 2 years. The time taken immediately to show us around the area and homes that might interest us if the time came was nothing short of marvellous. When we relocated and walked into Chis's office it was like we had met yesterday. Chris got on the case straight away and was showing us places. I can honestly say it was so refreshing having an realtor that knew what you wanted and would point out both the pro's and the con's of properties. If Chris knew the property was not right for us, he would tell us rather than trying to get us to buy every property we walked into. For my wife and I that was the greatest thing and made us feel totally confident and confortable working with him. His local knowledge is second to none and we never had to chase him up for not returning calls or emails....NEVER.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Evergreen, CO.
Chris is the best agent in the business! We started looking into purchasing our first home in Evergreen and quickly realized we'd need some help from someone who knew the area and knew the complications (and benefits) of living in the mountains. Chris was so helpful from the very first phone call and we really enjoyed touring houses with him. He seemed to know exactly what we wanted.

Home buying can be a confusing process for first time home buyers but Chris helped explain everything so that we could confidently purchase the house we wanted. His knowledge of the area is unbelievable. He knows the best people in the business and can put you in contact with lenders, inspectors, and insurance agents.

He really worked for us and made himself available any time for questions and always got back to us quickly. He was great to work with and made us feel like we were his only clients even though he had a handful of other properties under contract.

You will not be disappointed working with Chris. He is very personable and we recommend him to anyone who is in the market to purchase or sell a house. We LOVE our house and couldn't be happier and we have to give a lot of that credit to the hard work of Chris Vinci. Thank you very much!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $375K in Erie, CO.
I selected Chris on a whim thru Zillow as I was searching for homes on the internet. I found his website easier and more info inclusive the most other Realtors websites so during my search I continued to use his. As I lived in Texas and could not come up to Colorado right away Chris was flexible enough to look at homes with my sister as I selected numerous homes to explore on his website. I selected a home that we thought was going to be the one until the home inspector found some problems that were not apparent during any walk thru. Instead of pushing for a quick sale on this particular home Chris wanted to ensure that my family would be happy and comfortable in this new home and we both agreed that it wasn't what I was looking for. I had to come back to Colorado a second time and Chris devoted two whole days to only searching homes with me knowing I had traveled far to look at homes. We must have looked at 30-40 homes and he never waivered to help me find just the right one. His knowledge of the area and the schools helped immensely. We found the home and couldn't be happier. The schools are excellent, neighbors are wonderful, and my wife and family love our new home and community. You can't go wrong working with Chris Vinci. No pressure, no hype, no ego just dedicated to finding the right place within your budget. V/R Floyd

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Bailey, CO.
Chris Vinci is one of the most pro-active agents I've ever dealt with. He's also a stickler for detail. In fact, at closing he found a mistake in the Title paperwork that would have cost us $750.00 if it had gone unnoticed. He also found us a great house by the way. We will use Chris for all of our future real estate adventures.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $250K in Evergreen, CO.
Chris' knowledge of the locality was superb. He helped me buy a house through a trying process with a non-motivated seller. His tenacity was instrumental in keeping things moving throughout the negotiating process and beyond. I would highly recommend contacting Chris Vinci if you are looking for a home in the Colorado foothills.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $350K in Evergreen, CO.
If you are looking for an honest, honorable, hard-working professional realtor, knowledgeable and experienced in the area - I recommend that you look no further than Da Vinci Realty.

We chose Chris because of his excellent sales record, because he actually lives in the area and because of all the outstanding reviews from his clients. And he did not disappoint us! Of all the agents I have worked with in the past, Chris stands alone above all. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone, whether selling or buying property.

Simply put ~ he's just the best! On a scale of 10 Chris gets an 11 in my book.

I'm thankful to have worked with Chris Vinci in selling our home.

As first time home-buyers, we felt terribly lucky to have found Chris. He helped us and reassured us every step of the way. Without him we are quite sure that we would've never managed to close on our dream house - with him we managed in just a few short weeks! He is open, warm, helpful and efficient. He has our best endorsement.
