David was responsive to me to what my needs were. David was not pushy about the purchase of the house and told me not to feel pressure from the seller. David reviewed the documents and answered any questions or concerns I had.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Modesto, CA.
I have been in the real estate business for the past 30 years, and I have never met a realtor as business savy as David Allen. He has an excellent understanding of the local real estate market, prices and supply & demand. When I intially moved to Modesto I explained to him what my needs are, and I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly and effectively he found the right property for me. My circumstances changed and I had to move to Soutern California. He then quickly sold the property for me in one day with an attarctive gain. Bought a home in 2012.
We purchased a house that David listed and he was always willing to meet to have inspectors, carpet measurers, etc. do their job. Also, movers accidently took some pool equipment during the move and David was instrumental in tracking the equipment down. Great guy that follows through on what he says.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $275K in Modesto, CA.
I've worked with David on the purchase of two homes, the sale of one and I intend to use him on the sale of another.
I like to work with David because of his knowledge and advise. What he doesn't know he'll learn quickly. He showed patience in helping my wife and I locate the perfect property and that's saying a lot as we are particular buyers on a strict budget. He understood perfectly what we were looking for and even though we drug him to properties he knew weren't for us, he always showed them graciously and with a great sense of humor. He succeeded in finding the perfect home for us and worked diligently in a competitive bid environment to secure our offer.
I would highly recommend him.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Modesto, CA.
David Allen took excellent care of us; in fact, he found our perfect house on the first day he took us looking. Furthermore, he worked very hard to make sure we received the keys on a Friday, rather than a Monday, so we could move in over the weekend. We have zero complaints, and would definitely use him again as well as recommend him to family and friends!
