Sold a home in 2013.
Selling a home can be very confusing and stressful especially when you are living in another state. Dan Armolea sold my mother's condo in Reno, Nv. in two weekends (the first weekend it snowed) for exactly the asking price. I live in California, so Dan made this long-distance process successful, comfortable and easy for me. He made sure he up-dated me on the progress by phone calls and e-mails. Contracts were sent by faxes and scanners. I never had to travel to Nevada. He was always pleasant, positive and eager to help me. I highly recommend Dan for any of your Real Estate needs.

I tried 4 different "recommended" real estate agents before finding Dan. In this day of internet searches for property, Dan was the first agent to make me feel like I had a professional on my side. He was attentive to my needs and responsive to all of my questions. I can recommend him without reservation.

Dan Armolea helped my husband & I purchase our first home. We had problems with the first lender that we went through, Dan knew that my husband and I were unhappy with that situation, so Dan wen out of his way to get our file over to another lender and make this deal happen for us. Dan communicated with my husband and I along the way and made sure that we were happy with the way things were going. Dan is a good Realtor and my husband & I would recommend in to others.

My experience working with Dan was very pleasing. He was very patient with me and returned all my phone calls promptly and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable with the short sale process and walked me through all the hoops. Even when I thought it would be impossible for me to get into my dream home because I was given a 30 day notice to vacate on my rental property two months before closing, he some how negotiated with the sellers to let me move in a month early and pay rent to the sellers until closing. Totally made my dreams become reality. Dan is very kind and professional, I would highly recommend.

We were in a situation where our home was severely upside down mortgage to value.We listed the house with Dan at the end of May, 2011.It was a short sale so there were a lot of issues to deal with in selling the home. Dan never gave up on us the sale of the property. It became a mission for us as well as Dan. It took a long time but it finally sold and I truly believe it was Dan's perseverance that did they trick. When and if I ever get back into the housing market, Dan Armolea is my first and only call.

Dan did a fantastic job of showing us houses, finding new listings and negotiating with the sellers. We were able to find a wonderful house, put and offer in and close in about 6 weeks start to finish. He's great to work with, always shows up on time or early and follows through with details. I highly recommend Dan if you're looking for a home.

We are moving into our new home on Thursday. We are very excited. The home buying process was very smooth and Dan was there every step of the way. He responded to our every request. He kept us informed and assisted with the negotiaions. The entire process took less than 60 days. We appreciate everything he did. Dan is a great real estate agent, you won't be disappointed..

We met Dan by chance and we are so very happy that we did! We do not have a lot of experience with real estate and we needed to have someone represent our interests that we could trust. Dan proved to be the man and we will not hesitate to introduce our closest friends to him. We not only had a positive experience purchasing our new home, but we now have new friend!
