Sold a home in 2011.

Summary:

Dan was extremely knowledgeable and very service-oriented. He was responsive at every stage and helped us greatly with the logistics of making a cross-country move and selling a house with three small children living in it. I would recommend him highly to anyone in the area.

Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $675K in Sabre Springs, San Diego, CA.

Summary:

If you are buying or selling a house in 92128 or 92130, I do not think that you can find a more experienced and knowledgeable broker in San Diego. He will not let you to make a mistake or miss a good deal based on your circumstances. That is what he did for us and we are thankful for that.

Summary:

Dan is a very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable agent. As first-time home sellers, it was nice to have an agent that we felt comfortable with and who was there for us every step of the way. Our house sold so quickly, I was amazed! We didn't have much time with him on that sale, but luckily, he also represented us on our new purchase. It was a contingent offer, which we were unsure of, but with Dan's help, I feel that we ended up getting much more of a home than we ever thought possible. Both escrows went so smoothly.
