Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $275K in Jefferson Park, Chicago, IL.
Dan was very confident that our house could be sold in a certain time frame at a price we were all comfortable with. Dan was quite knowledgable of the houses sold in the area and of the area itself. My wife and I were kept well informed by Dan throughout the entire process, from the time there was a bid placed on our home until the closing documents were signed and finalized. Dan was prompt, reliable, and was attentive when addressing all our questions and concerns. In closing, Dan Drake was very easy to work with, and always handled himself with the knowledge and professionalism that my wife and I were looking for in a Real Estate Agent. He really made the sale of our home a smooth and wonderful experience.

Helped me rent a Single Family home in Schaumburg, IL.
Dan found my family the perfect home to rent in Schaumburg. He found a home that far surpassed our expectations and was able to negotiate a great deal on the rent. He was patient and answered every question I had and addressed every concern. He was with us through the whole process, even the walk-thru, and made sure every detail was ironed out before we moved in. When it comes time to buy, we will definitely turn to Dan again. Highly recommend him.

Dans knowledge of the marketplace and the industry is very good. He did an excellent job at performing a market analysis and providing feedback to get the most out of selling our home. He also takes the time to offer good advice. Dan was fantastic to work with and we highly recommend him if you are looking to sell or buy a home

Helped me rent a Single Family home in Waukegan, IL.
We used Dan to find us a rental home and were extremely pleased with him. He was knowledgeable about the area we were moving to and was very prompt with returning our calls. Having rented and purchased numerous houses in the past in different states, it was nice to deal with here with Dan. He respected our budget and price range while looking for our house. Many agents we have dealt with in the past always tried to up sale us. Dan did not. He has actually helped some of our friends find homes since we used him. Definitely give him a call!

Dan was very knowledgable about the city areas, and very responsive to my wants and needs. He worked quick and hard to find me a place, working around my schedule. I would definitely recommend him!

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2012 in Arlington Heights, IL.
Dan is Honest, Detailed, Very Professional and a Calming Influence in this time of stress. He was also coming up with ideas which should have helped us sell our house. He brought in a person who helps with setting up a home to show it in a better way. He was great about showing us comps on other homes, in our area, in order to help us make price adjustments.
He set up the listing, taking pictures, and the description to present our home on-line in the best possible way.
