Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Aurora, IL.Summary:
We contacted Dan for some help to buy our new home. We had a list of criteria for selection of the home like neighborhood, price, proximity to Metra station, home interiors, etc.
Dan maintains a good set of home listings and sent us regular lists of homes that matched our criteria. He was prompt and accommodated as many showings as we wanted.
He also has a great referral network. His recommended attorney and mortgage broker were really good. Once we finalized on our home he helped us with the price negotiations and it did not
matter to him that the negotiations were taking place at 11PM on a Saturday! The best part is that he is reachable even after closing and as I mentioned earlier has a great referral network and will be contacting him for
good contractors for home projects.
I will definitely be recommending him to my friends when they plan to take the plunge into home ownership!…More Less

Dan is our man! Over the past 3 years we've used Dan several times and we couldn't be happier with the service both he and his team provide. Dan is thorough, incredibly patient, and works tirelessly. He also provides the best recommendations for every aspect of a homeower's needs like painters, financing, handyman, etc. Our first experience, we listed a rental property while being out of state. Within a few weeks the home was rented and we never broke a sweat with worry(we love him for this!). Our second experience was to purchase our home, and he found us the home of our dreams in less than a weekend! Most recently, we listed a rental and again had it rented in a few weeks.
