Bought a Condo home in 2012 in Aurora, IL.Summary:
It was a pleasure working with Dan Firks. He was attentive, well prepared and very helpful. This was my first independent purchase and the process was overwhelming at first but Dan walked me through the process every step of the way.
What I appreciated most about working with Dan was the notebook he provided me with all the reference materials I needed to advance the process. (i.e. list of inspectors and their phone numbers, list of financial personnel to aid in the mortgage process, list of lawyers and their contact numbers). I didn’t have to search for the outside help needed to purchase the townhouse.
Dan was always available to show houses when I had the time to look. He worked with my schedule which was important, listened to my criteria and matched me up with the available homes in the area where I was preferring.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Plainfield, IL.Summary:
Dan has spent Approx. three years with me trying to find just the right home.
Even when I was ready to give up the search, he continued to help and encourge me.
Finally the home I have only seen in my dreams came to light. And Dan was so great helping me get this home.

Found a tenant for a home.Summary:
Dan used Dan to help me to purchase the house and then find tenant for rental. Dan is very professional and knows the real estate market very well.
