Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2013 in Naperville, IL.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $100K in Aurora, IL.
Dan was very helpful and communicative. Every step of the way, Dan explained the process and provided updates. My ex husband and I listed our property with Dan, and he was very delicate with our situation. It was a pleasure to work with him, and I highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling you home!

Bought a Townhouse home in 2013 in Aurora, IL.
This was my first home buying experience and Dan was FANTASTIC!!! He was very prompt at getting back to me and in initiating the home search process. He took the time to listen to what I wanted in a house and helped me find the PERFECT house for me. He was very supportive during the whole process. He has a vast knowledge of the real estate in this area and in his field of work. I would definitely work with Dan again and highly recommend him to others!

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $375K in Naperville, IL.
He showed us so much attention that we wondered if we were his only clients. (Not so)
We had many questions that were patiently answered, even after Dan's working hours when he was walking his dog!
Can't overstate how comfortable we were with him.
And most impressively, we had 4 offers and sold in the first 4 days of listing!

Bought a home in 2013.
We were moving into the area from another state and were having a very disappointing experience with another agency, fortunately we found Dan.
Dan and his team were fantastic, extremely knowledgeable and always available.
Dan took the time to find out about us and what our needs were and then worked diligently to find us the right home, and then made sure everything went smoothly.
Dan Firks is a definite top notch professional. It was a pleasure working with him.

Dan helped us find tenants for our townhouse and buy our first single family home in Aurora. Dan's advice was always helpful and he was great about working with us through the bumpy process of buying a short-sale home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $325K in Naperville, IL.
After working with Dan on the purchase of our home, we would not consider working with anyone else. Dan was extremely professional, knew absolutely all of the ins-and-outs of the market and process, negotiated with ease, and tended to all of our concerns and wishes. We are new to Illinois/ the Naperville market and we really appreciated all of the time he took explaining and helping us become knowledgeable about buying a home in Naperville. He was also very patient with us and did not push us to make a decision hastily. When we were ready to buy, Dan went the extra mile to help find a home that was in our price range and successfully negotiated to get us a fantastic deal. I would recommend Dan in a heartbeat!

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $100K in Aurora, IL.
My husband and I owned a home in Aurora IL. My husband is active duty and we had to move from the home several years ago and since then struggled with renting the home. This year we made the very difficult choice to short sale our home. Dan and his team were extremely supportive to our situation and very knowledgeable. My husband was deployed during the weeks before and during the closing so I had to handle most of this without him... Dan and his team guided me through the entire process and gave us a lot of support making a very difficult time as easy as possible. I have no idea how they did it but from beginning to end our short sale only took a few shorts months. Dan's team listed our home the weekend of Thanksgiving, we had 4 offers the next business day, and we just closed on the house Feb 13. They tell me this isn't typical but I believe our shortsale went so smoothly and quickly was because Dan and his team have lots of experience and just know what they are doing. We did this whole transaction from another state. Rob and I didn't have to travel to IL to handle anything, Dan and his team really handled everything . My only regret is that Rob and I never got to meet him and his team. Go with the Firks team and you won't be disappointed.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $225K in Plainfield, IL.
Working with Dan Firks to find a perfect home for our family was an enjoyable experience. Struggling to find a newer, updated home that fit our needs in our under $250,000 price range in Naperville was nearly impossible. Dan reassured us that making Plainfield an option was a wise move. He highlighted the fact that North Plainfield offers quiet, safe, family friendly neighborhoods with a great school system. He also pointed out that many Naperville families, like us, were moving 5-10 minutes down the road to Plainfield, the more affordable city. Dan's knowledgeable insight eased our anxieties, and we found a delightful home in Plainfield--4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, full-finished basement, huge backyard--all for only a 100 dollars a month more than what we were paying for our tiny Naperville duplex, packed with toys from floor to ceiling. Dan witnessed our stock pile and confirmed--it was indeed time for a bigger house!
To sum:Dan's awesome! Thorough, Helpful, Thoughtful, Positive! Use Him!
