DAN FUGAZZI IS ANYTHING BUT A PREMIER AGENT. HE STARTED OUT BY OVER PRICING OUR HOME BY 20K CAUSING US TO LOSE VALUABLE TIME THRU THE SUMMER MONTHS TO SELL OUR HOME.
HE NEVER GAVE S FEED BACK. AS FAR AS COMMUNICATION GOES WE WOULD CALL LEAVE MESSAGES AND NEVER RECEIVED ANY CALLS BACK.
VERY POOR SERVICE. WE HAVE SOLD 3 HOMES OVER THE PAST 12 YEARS AND HE HAS TO BE THE WORST REALTOR WE'VE BEEN INVOLVED WITH. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO TRULY WISHES TO SELL THEIR HOME\
Mr. Harris was his own obstacle to selling his home. The property was shown numerous times and feedback WAS provided. My phone records contradict his post. We sat down 6/17/14 & reviewed recent sales. We discussed condition for top of market sale & obstacles i.e; garage laundry room, wallpaper, portable dishwasher, old carpet, Pergo floor,& outdated bathrooms. An Office preview occurred & feedback was given to either fix it up or sell as-is. After 10 days, he decided to lower the price to $203K in lieu of recommended upgrades. My “as is” target was $179K fast sale. The next day he raised the price to $205K. On 7/16 a price reduction to $195K & on 8/8 to $185K. He refused to lower it any further the duration of the listing. Only 2 of 8 Open house requests were allowed & feedback was provided. He denied several showings and 3 of those times agents placed offers on other homes without attempting to reschedule. He had 2 offers between my as-is target $ and $185K & refused to accept either.
