Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $75K in Enid, OK.
We purchased while still living in Washington State. Obviously we needed to trust and rely on someone even though a stranger to us, as we could not physically inspect the home. Dan went out of his way to explain the issues with purchasing a home in Oklahoma, called at all hours of the day and night. We could contact him at all times throughout the entire process. He even went to a home and videotaped the property and e-mailed it to us. Cannot say enough positive things about Dan Fugazzi. We would recommend his firm to anyone.

Bought a home in 2012.
Highly recommend Dan especially for military buyers/sellers... he will tell you how it really is, no sugar coating. Dan helped us with our entire home buying process from start to finish and some of the time we were out of town... We would definitely recommend Dan overall.
