Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $475K in Rutherford, NJ.
Daniela was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, from selecting homes to see through the closing. She recognized the type of house I was looking for and very patient and selective in finding properties I would be interested in. She also had great recommendations for the home inspection and attorney. I would definitely recommend Daniela is an excellent agent and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a house.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in West Orange, NJ.
We were 1st time home buyers and didn't know what to expect. Daniela was the 1st agent to respond to me without a pre-approval. Daniela was well prepared when we met and gave us similar listings in our price range with all surrounding info. She knows the market and the areas really well. We were expecting our 1st child, and was in a time crunch. Daniela made sure everything went smoothly and always helped us with any questions we had during the entire process (and we had alot). I have already referred Daniela to my friends & family. If you are not sure which agent to go to, Daniela is the agent to choose. Most agents are only in for the commission. She was interested in helping our family get the right home and in a time crunch. As a 1st time home buyer, I am very pleased with Daniela and I'm sure you will be also.

I have had a very pleasant experience working with Daniela. Her expertise in all areas of home shopping is superb. My daughter was also looking for a home in a specific town and Daniela helped her and her husband get the house they wanted in the area they wanted and for the price they could afford. We only have good things to say about Daniela. I looked at numerous homes for several months(some which I visited two and three times). Daniela never once lost her patience and saying that buying a house isn't easy and she wanted me to make sure I chose the right one for me. She was prompt in answereing any questions I might have had, emailed me with new listings as soon as they became available and had appointments made to see the homes within a day or two. I would highly recommend Daniela to my family and friends.

Ms. Mateescu is a very competent and highly motivated agent. Her advise was always very useful and her reliability outstanding. She never failed to call us back a.s.a.p. when we wanted to get in touch with her. And, most importantly, she never rested until she was sure a problem was solved. Finally, Ms. Mateescu is a very likeable person and it is fun to do business with her.

Bought a home in 2010.
I met Daniela by chance and lets say that luck was on my side. i originaly was interested in a condo. after she explained the details to me and showed me the homes in my price range i realized a condo was not what i wanted. She helped me find exactly what i wanted when i didnt even know what i wanted or where it was going to be. Daniela was there every step of the way answering all my questions and going above and beyond what she needed to do to help me. She was totaly on my side and me being a first time buyer i needed the help. I would and have recommended her to friends and family. Daniela is a great person and made the process very comfortable for me and i gained my trust very quickly and i wasn't let down at all.

Sold a home in 2011.
Daniela was unbelievably helpful. With the poor real estate market now, Daniela always stayed positive with constant updates, phonecalls and showings. I never had a doubt in my mind that I wasn't going to sell. It was Daniela's persistence and dedication that made the sale of my condo possible. She is definitely going to give you 110% if and when you work with her. Thanks for a job well done.

Bought a home in 2010.
Daniela was incredibly diligent in working with us to find our new home. I couldn't have asked for a better buying agent, even though her knowledge of the town we ended up focusing on was not extensive at the time. We took months to make a decision and her willingness to look at new properties and answer detailed questions never flagged. The home inspector she recommended was also very good (and we considered others before going with him). She was extremely responsive to calls and emails, and was always on top of the process. She's a very experienced, trustworthy professional and she did very well by us. .
