As a full-time San Francisco Realtor, I've watched San Francisco change and grow and in some cases, not change at all!

One quality never changes--this City of Small-Town Villages is REAL ESTATE OBSESSED! Whether at Dolores Park with my Pomeranian (now Poms plural), trying some new wine at Yield, circuit training at UCSF Mission Bay, or actually working (which I do A LOT of)...all I hear is real estate, real estate, real estate. Okay, real estate and food in SF, but still.

Since I'm a real estate expert and only a wannabe food/wine expert, I concentrate on helping San Francisco home buyers and sellers achieve their goals.

Through my real estate blog at http://www.SFHotlist.com, I aim to provide helpful information on the market and economy as well as insider tips and tricks.

No matter where you are on your real estate journey, I believe in harnessing the power of high-demand, low-supply San Francisco real estate to build a secure future for yourself.

My mantra: Buy what you can afford, as soon as you can afford it and watch your financial security and substantial tax savings grow over the years.

To get to the penthouse, you must first get on the elevator or take the stairs if you're a health nut.

There may be a few stops along the way (including, perhaps, that tiny starter TIC with no parking) but one thing is for sure. If you don't start asap, you'll only have less time to get where you want to go.

My business has grown successfully over the years thanks to the repeat business of happy clients and their introductions to friends, coworkers and neighbors.

One size does not fit all when it comes to the right agent, cpa, attorney or hairdresser. It is vital to have the right fit. I invite you to check out Insider Pages to read what others are saying about me.

Whether you are a first time buyer, a home seller looking to move to greener pastures or an investor looking for the right investment or project, I know how to effectively consult, negotiate, and oversee the complex transactional details of San Francisco real estate.

For home sellers, I will help you accurately present, price and market your property to achieve the highest and best results. My marketing is creative and targeted to the buyers (and their agents) who are the most likely to want your home.

For home buyers, I will help you clarify your goals and prepare you to be armed and ready when the right property comes around. I truly love helping folks get into their first home and then move up to their next dream home when the time is right.

No matter what your goal is, the process with me will be transparent and empowering. The only way I can continue to grow my business by referral and word of mouth is because I deliver both results AND an enjoyable experience.

Team reviews

Sasha and Danielle sold our condo. We had an amazing experience, selling above ask in under a month. The result was a record high sale in our building. They dominated every step of the process. Painting, staging, photography, open houses, negotiations, and closing. Each step along the way, they proved themselves. Each step, they connected us with experts who did amazing work. We felt confidence and trust in them throughout the entire process, and they delivered. I highly recommend Climb, and Sasha+Danielle in particular. I would not hesitate to partner with them again.

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $1.525M in Bernal Heights, San Francisco, CA.

After 3 years of deliberating the daunting task of selling our home and searching for the next, we had the good fortune to find ourselves face to face with Danielle. Taking the time to come to our home, she engaged us in an honest and upfront conversation about our goals. We immediately came up with a detailed plan of action and outlined the steps we needed to take to accomplish each phase of the process. It took her less than an hour to help guide us through what we had been contemplating for years! I quickly realized Danielle was precisely the personality we needed accomplish the challenging task of selling and buying in the rapid paced, and frenzied market of San Francisco. From the start, we knew she had considerable knowledge of the area we were located, so we were confident we were in good hands for the sell of our home. However, what we quickly came to realize is she also has an incredibly team of professionals behind her as well. We were particularly impressed by Bella Casa’s designer Eva Holbrook and her staging that transformed the house and really highlighted its best features. In such a fast paced market, Danielle had the knowledge, confidence, and watchful eye to make adjustments to the list price up to the week before we listed. We were thrilled by the offers that came in and quickly closed escrow and gained the cash we needed to start our search for “the house” to raise our family and see our kids off to college. Even with all the unsettling stories we had heard about searching for a single family home in the city, we were not prepared for the shockingly low inventory, multiple competitive offers, and challenge of pinning down realistic comps in the rapidly changing market. This is where Danielle has the wisdom to team up Sasha Lupercio, an equally talented cohort whose gracious and respectful approach to working with other agents and expert knowledge in the field, complement Danielle. It’s clearly apparent that Danielle and Sasha are well known and respected among the close-knit community of SF realtors. It seemed not only did they personally know many of the listing agents, but also agents that where behind competing offers as well! When “the house” finally did appear on the market, Danielle and Sasha took quick action and came up with a price range they felt would make a very strong offer. Not really having many comps to work off, we really put them to the test of explaining exactly how they arrived at the number and why. They patiently gave us a detailed explanation and left us with the confidence of going in with a strong, yet reasonable offer. We ended up with the winning offer and pick up our keys tomorrow! I honestly can’t believe we were able to find a home that checks off so many items on the wish list! If it weren’t for Danielle, we would probably still be dreaming of what is now a reality!  More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $1.1M in Westwood Park, San Francisco, CA.

My husband and were referred to Danielle through our mortgage consultant (we got pre approved for a loan prior to the house hunting process). The initial meeting with her and her colleague Debbie Rutledge was an extremely informative and educational experience. They wholly listened to our "must haves/nice to haves" around home and neighborhood preferences, and more importantly, got to know us as a couple- an asset that tremendously helped make it a seamless process from beginning to end.

In fact, we had such a great experience with Danielle and Debbie I decided to list 8 reasons we recommend these two to anyone looking for a house in SF (whether you're a first time or seasoned home owner):

1. We closed within 3 weeks of placing our offer. Although my husband and I set the final offer price, we listened to their recommendations based on neighborhood comps. 2. Communication with this team is effective, efficient, and consistent. You're never left in the dark. 3. Danielle and Debbie are professional, friendly, and working for the home owners best interest. Although it can be a tense process, we had a lot of fun over the few weeks we worked with them. 4. Admittedly, I didn't even want to look at the listing for our current home because it didn't come with the attributes I was looking for. Debbie encouraged me to look at it nevertheless because she and Danielle had a hunch it was something we would very strongly consider- they were right! 5. Danielle and Debbie worked seamlessly with our our mortgage consultant, loan officer, and escrow officer- they orchestrated a lot of the communication and even made the effort to join us on signing day. 6. They are very accommodating. Granted, you have to act fast in this market but they were not willing to compromise when it comes to your home purchase. 7. There is an immense amount of trust that you want with your realtor, and we felt that we had built that after the first day of viewing homes. 8. Three weeks, first offer accepted, and first time homeowners in SF-- because of Danielle and Debbie.
