Sold a Condo home in 2015 for approximately $1.375M in Van Ness - Civic Center, San Francisco, CA.

Sasha and Danielle sold our condo. We had an amazing experience, selling above ask in under a month. The result was a record high sale in our building. They dominated every step of the process. Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $1.525M in Bernal Heights, San Francisco, CA.

After 3 years of deliberating the daunting task of selling our home and searching for the next, we had the good fortune to find ourselves face to face with Danielle. Taking the time to come to our home, she engaged us in an honest and upfront conversation about our goals. We immediately came up with a detailed plan of action and outlined the steps we needed to take to accomplish each phase of the process. It took her less than an hour to help guide us through what we had been contemplating for years! I quickly realized Danielle was precisely the personality we needed accomplish the challenging task of selling and buying in the rapid paced, and frenzied market of San Francisco. From the start, we knew she had considerable knowledge of the area we were located, so we were confident we were in good hands for the sell of our home. However, what we quickly came to realize is she also has an incredibly team of professionals behind her as well. We were particularly impressed by Bella Casa’s designer Eva Holbrook and her staging that transformed the house and really highlighted its best features. In such a fast paced market, Danielle had the knowledge, confidence, and watchful eye to make adjustments to the list price up to the week before we listed. We were thrilled by the offers that came in and quickly closed escrow and gained the cash we needed to start our search for “the house” to raise our family and see our kids off to college. Even with all the unsettling stories we had heard about searching for a single family home in the city, we were not prepared for the shockingly low inventory, multiple competitive offers, and challenge of pinning down realistic comps in the rapidly changing market. This is where Danielle has the wisdom to team up Sasha Lupercio, an equally talented cohort whose gracious and respectful approach to working with other agents and expert knowledge in the field, complement Danielle. It’s clearly apparent that Danielle and Sasha are well known and respected among the close-knit community of SF realtors. It seemed not only did they personally know many of the listing agents, but also agents that where behind competing offers as well! When “the house” finally did appear on the market, Danielle and Sasha took quick action and came up with a price range they felt would make a very strong offer. Not really having many comps to work off, we really put them to the test of explaining exactly how they arrived at the number and why. They patiently gave us a detailed explanation and left us with the confidence of going in with a strong, yet reasonable offer. We ended up with the winning offer and pick up our keys tomorrow! I honestly can’t believe we were able to find a home that checks off so many items on the wish list!
