Bought a Condo home in 2011 in Hampton, NH.
Darlene helped us purchase a beach house in Hampton, and I can't say enough about the great job she did for us in identifying the property, helping us navigate the short-sale process, and generally getting the deal done. Darlene always went above and beyond the call of duty. And, even after we purchased the property, Darlene has continued to be a valuable resource and trusted advisor. For example, long after the sale had closed and she had received her commission, Darlene helped us navigate the building inspection process, even offering to meet the inspector at the property for us to save us the trip up to Hampton.
