Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Cincinnati, OH.
Darrell was excellent to work with. He met with us in person first to get a feel for what we were looking for. Being first time home buyers we had a lot of questions. Darrell was very patient and helpful through the whole process and was very responsive. Darrell probably showed us 50+ homes all over Cincinnati that met our criteria, and then we found the one! He never once made us feel rushed or pressured, or that we were wasting his time. He truly wanted us to find the RIGHT home. Once our offer was accepted Darrell was extremely helpful through the negotiations and communications between the sellers, their realtor, the lending agent, etc. We know he was dealing with MANY more clients simultaenously but we never felt like we were not getting his full attention. With my credit scores I didn't think I would be able to buy - but - that wasn't the case at all - and Darrell was so positive and non-judging it may the whole process so easy!!!
