Bought a home in 2012.
We were first time home buyers and were skeptical about finding someone who would have our best interest in mind. After meeting a few times we knew that he was the buyers agent we were looking for. He was there for us through every step of the process. From start to finish. His negotiating skill are fantastic. Anytime we needed anything he was there on promt. ( And i mean anything) His expertise in the area and surroundings we phenomenal. I would definitly recommend him to anyone. And as a matter of fact, I did. He made the whole process for us very easy and comfortable. He is GREAT!!!!!! VERY PLEASED!!!!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Denham Springs, LA.
Because I was a first time home buyer, I was nervous about dealing with a real estate agent because I wasn't sure what to expect. After the first few initial meetings with Darryl I was very comfortable with him. I never felt rushed into making a decision, and felt that Darryl put my best interests first. Finding a house for me was very challenging because I wasn't sure what I wanted and had limited options since I wanted to live in Denham Springs south of I-12 and not in a flood zone. When Darryl showed me the house I would be buying, it was love at first site. It was a much nicer home than the others in my price range because it was a short sale. Due to Darryl's hard work, I closed on my first home after 5 months. This house was well worth the wait.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Denham Springs, LA.
I had a lot of bad things happen to me in this economy downturn including loosing 1 of my 2 jobs that I depended on. As a single person, I had nobody to rely on for financial help. I could no longer afford my mortgage payments and for the first time in my life, I was looking at having to default on an obligation. I borrowed money on 3 credit cards to keep my mortgage current until I realized there was no way out but foreclosure. I was devastated. My sister highly recommended that I interview Darryl to see what options I had. Having past bad experiences with real estate agents. I reluctantly agreed to a meeting. Darryl came over and immediately put my fears to ease. He suggested a "short sale" because there was no way I could afford to keep the house. He explained the benefit of the short sale plus I would feel better that going in to default.
I agreed to list my home with him. He listed it only a few thousand dollars under fair market value due to the high number of homes for sale in my subdivision. 2 weeks later we received a full list price offer....that was just the beginning though! He had to relentlessly work with my mortgage company over a 5 month period keeping me informed every step of the way. Long story short, I quickly sold my home and feel good about the possibility of home ownership in the near future. Because of Darryl and his expertise in real estate, I feel better as a person for not defaulting on an obligation....I HIGHLY recommend Darryl for any of your real estate needs!!! thank you

Sold a home in 2009.
Mr. Brasseur is certainly a real estate professional. He knows the profession very well; both the financial/legal side as well as the interpersonal side. There is so much that goes into buying and selling real estate and Mr. Brasseur was helpful at every step of the way. He helps buyers and sellers make informed decisions, he communicates well during negotiations, and he is supportive when things get challenging.
We felt confident in Mr. Brassuer's abilities during both the sale and purchase of our home. We felt as though our interests were always his main priority. He was always available and kept us continually informed while we were in negotiations.
I have referred friends and family to him in the past and will continue to do so whenever someone I know needs an agent.

Sold a home in 2010.
We have bought and sold many homes and to date, Darryl Brasseur was by far the best realtor my wife and I have ever encountered. Darryl listed and sold our home when we transferred out of state. He is professional yet friendly, he provided quick and thorough follow-up and resolution to any issues that developed during the selling process, and his knowledge and negotiating skills served us very well in this transaction. We would use Darryl again without question.

Bought a home in 2011.
Darryl did an awesome job as our agent. He clearly explained the home buying/building experience for us, made sure we were getting a great deal, and monitored the building process to make sure our request were executed to a tee. He was honest, efficient, and readily available. I highly recommend Darryl !!!
