I sold my home through Solutions Real Estate in 2013 and it was a pleasant experience, I found them to be very professional and they met all my expectations. They were very helpful when I was looking for a home in Southern California and I bought a home in a short period of time, they knew what I was looking for and they made the process very easy to close at the price I was willing to pay... I will use them again in any future deals..

Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2008.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!! He talked a good game, but did not care about his clients in the least. Wendy Hough worked with him on our home and flat out lied to us about negotiating our short sale. They had a deal in place that could have had the house sold, but Wendy couldn't be bothered to tell the bank that we were willing to pay the remainder. The deal fell through along with 5 others. The last time it fell through we didn't even hear from "our realtors" about it. They refused to send any documentation on the failed deal and referred me to his lawyer when I asked. Those documents are legally required to be disclosed, but Dave and Wendy believe they are above the law apparently. Wendy even told me that she felt she was in the wrong business... who tells a client that??? How professional! They are responsible for the house going into forclosure instead of being a short sale. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

Public response - It has always been my desire to help people and if I did not care about the outcome, this would not be true. I have always made it clear that no two short sales are alike, and in 2008 this was even more true than now. Navy Federal had restrictions that were their policy that prevented this deal from going through. As a real estate professional, we have no reason or incentive not to do everything we can to help a deal go through. Only 35% of all short sale listings result in a closing, even in today's market. Some clients choose to blame their agents, and in many cases it is the agent who might be at fault. We also respect the fact that there are a lot of emotions involved with losing a home and sometimes blame might be misdirected. Our desire to help people is evident in everything we do. If this was not 100% true, I would chose another career. I do wish the outcome of this transaction was different, but a lot of bad outcomes are being experienced by good people.
