We selected Caskey & Caskey (Dave) after interviewing other brokers, but also based on the very strong recommendation of our next door neighbors, who had just had a fantastic experience listing their home with Dave. Our goal was to sell our home in Manhattan Village Estates as quickly as possible, and at a price that might set a high mark for the neighborhood. So we also selected Dave and his team based on market knowledge and marketing ability. What we didn't even appreciate at the time was the power of Dave's support team, including a fantastic home repair, spruce-up and staging team, great website and collateral materials, all of which really helped to maximize our home's best features and selling value.
