    Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Aurora Highlands, Aurora, CO.
    Dave and the team at Thrive were absolutely amazing throughout every step in the process. When we first with Dave, he came with a binder that had an abundant amount of information in it. The website at Thrive to find homes was superb and the best part about it is that is was updated nightly, so we were never looking at houses that had sales pending! My wife and I found a home that we just had to see and the team at Thrive got us a showing quickly and we put an offer in 2 days later!
