Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $450K in Five Points, Denver, CO.
Dave and the Thrive team were able to work with our odd schedule and list of things we were looking for in a new home. The search engine they have available is extremely helpful with deciding on various options and neighborhoods. Bought a home in 2013.
I was the Mortgage Broker and Dave Ness was the Realtor in a recent purchase transaction. He showed a wonderful ability to be ethical, responsive, professional and very committed to the buyers (our mutual clients) to get them the best home their money could buy and assuage any concerns they had during the contract and inspection as well as showing up for their closing. Dave and the team at Thrive were absolutely amazing throughout every step in the process. When we first with Dave, he came with a binder that had an abundant amount of information in it. The website at Thrive to find homes was superb and the best part about it is that is was updated nightly, so we were never looking at houses that had sales pending! My wife and I found a home that we just had to see and the team at Thrive got us a showing quickly and we put an offer in 2 days later! I recommend the team at Thrive with the highest recommendation possible. Amazing!

He took care of all of the details and we were able to get full asking price for our home within a very short amount of time. Everyone hears that purchasing a home can be the most exciting and stressful time all wrapped together; but you really don't understand that until you're knee deep in the process. From showing us homes late in the evening during a snow storm, to writing and submitting our contract while out on vacation... Dave was an incredible realtor. He was great to work with at every stage. He was very knowledgeable and certainly had our best interest in mind. He is honest and full of integrity. He was down to earth. He was generally always available, but if he wasn't, he was respond in a very timely manner. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone I know looking to buy a house. Not only was he a great realtor, he became a good friend in the process.

Dave and the entire Thrive team were fantastic. He was very responsive and always made us feel as though we were his only clients. Dave was also very patient and took the time to explain (and sometime reexplain) the process. He easily recognized both the trouble spots and assets in a home. Additionally, he has a great conceptual eye for modifications that could be made to the floor plan for better use of the space. We were so happy with Dave and the Thrive team... I couldn't imagine going through the process of buying a home without him.

Dave is amazing. A friend recommended him to us. I left him a message asking him to help us get started with our home search, and he called back within an hour and scheduled a time to meet for coffee to discuss our needs. He gave us a very good rundown of the process, and we found his website to be extremely helpful in narrowing down our home search. When we were ready to look at homes, Dave and the rest of the Thrive Team were super available and responsive, always there to show us properties and eager to work with our hectic and unpredictable work schedules. When we decided to make an offer, Dave was totally on the ball. And once the seller accepted the offer and we started getting kind of needy, he was totally mellow and understanding about it. Dave and the group at Thrive are great at what they do, and their enthusiasm shows. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dave helped us with getting access to houses that we liked and had good curb appeal. Then, once we were under contract, he helped us with the process of getting all the deadlines met in the necessary time frames.
