Bought a home in 2011.
Thanks to David's effortts, I was able to purchase AHAP home. The process was time consuming but well worth the wait. This agent will represent the client, using all of his firms resources to the fullest. He has my recommendation.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Belair, Augusta, GA.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in South Turpin Hill, Augusta, GA.
David Avery is someone whom I would highly recommend to anyone needing a realtor. He was only a text message or phone call away when I needed him for questions and/or answers no matter the time of day or night. He even informed me on homebuyer programs that I was not aware of. If I was ever in need of another realtor, he would be my go to guy.
