Dave and his team did a great job for us - they found us exactly the kind of loan we wanted with a solid lender, which no one else seemed to be offering, and at a great rate. They stuck with us through some frustrating delays on our side due to remodeling work in our house that was taking a longer time than expected to complete. He was always patient and helpful in explaining things, and very responsive. Highly recommended.

Dave was extremely helpful and quick to respond when helping me with a refi to take advantage of the new lower rates.

Ultimately, I went with an offer from my current lender because it was more cost-effective to use the same lender to refi (I bought the property barely a month ago.) I'd highly recommend Dave to anyone who's looking for quick responses, professional service, and personalized quotes that suite your needs.

At this point, I'm comparing options for a refinance in a few months. Of the 3 quotes I received, Dave is the only one who responded with a personal quote based on my situation. He obviously takes the time to "read" what the borrow needs and respond accordingly. When the time comes for me to refinance (Dec. 08) I'll be contacting Dave. Thanks!
