Team reviews

David Acosta and his team did a great job at selling our house. They literally took care of everything from beginning to end. They were also always ready to answer our questions and guide us throughout the entire process with unsurpassed dedication and professionalism. But what we probably liked the most about David Acosta and his team was seeing them working actively to get our house sold as soon as possible. Not a single week passed without them coming up with a new strategy or without us getting an update, and that made all the difference.

Stay Away from this group! As the owner of many properties, I have never been associated with a more inept group of people in my life. Besides never returning phone calls, I found it completely appalling they would flat out lie to me. Then when confronted with the truth, they simply ignore your calls (they use caller ID). When confronted with the facts, I would call their office; however , my calls would go to voicemail (calls were never returned). But, if I called from another line (from a number which was not in their directory) they would pick it up immediately. Long story short, I had to make all the phone calls, interact with the title company, and get all the paperwork completed myself. They provided absolutely no assistance whatsoever; yet had no problem picking up their commission. It has been three days since my house sold and they still have not contacted me letting me know it was sold! I had to call the title company to find out my house was sold. I could go on and on, however, simply take my advice and stay away from these so-called realtors. You'll be much happier - trust me.

Did not respond to my inquiry in Northwest, El Paso, TX 79912.

David must be an extremely busy realtor. I called his office 3 times as well as his cell with no call back. Amazing how his customer service abilities are lacking. Seems he is interested in high end sales.

Be careful to always check the financial costs when David makes his estimates. He was charging me 7% to sell my house without disclosing the extra 1% above normal and customary. He is not helpful when trying to sell your home. He is not helpful when negotiating with buyers and was looking after his own self interest rather than those of the seller who he represented. In general, I would not recommend him for a home sale.

Sold a home in 2012 in Las Tierras, TX 79938.

I was recommended David before moving to the city. Once I met him, I was very impressed about his knowledge of the city. He takes a good time in explaining you about the process of buying a house. Since he is very busy, sometimes I felt "rushed" while looking at houses. Also, he hardly ever answers his phone and redirects all the calls to his office. His staff is good at handling basic questions and most of the paperwork needed but sometimes they drop the ball on important issues or does not bring them to David's attention. David is a very good sales person, but sometimes forget about the "personal" touch with the client. After we purchased the property, we changed to a different realtor that filled our needs better. David is a great person, but because he is so busy, sometimes times we felt abandoned or misguided. If you want someone who knows the area well, David is your man!

Wow, I almost don't know where to begin! David Acosta is the most impressive real estate agent that I have ever worked with. He finds the types of properties that YOU are interested in, not what he thinks you might want. He doesn't try to push higher property on you just to try to have a bigger payday for himself; he is totally looking out for you. He took great care (and still does) of my family. I think he must have broken some local record by getting us in our home in under a month's time when we moved from Hawaii! He has always made himself available to us and some of our close friends who utilized his services, also. David doesn't just forget about you after the sale is made like other agents in the past. He checks up on you to see how things are going for you and to make sure that you are still satisfied with your purchase. I have not met many people with his great initiative and drive to ensure the total satifaction and happiness of their clients. To be sure, David is a very busy man because of his talents, but he or his staff will handle any of your questions or concerns promptly and to your total satisfation. If you are not satisfied, they don't stop until you are. To us, David is like an extension of our family.

I would (and have) HIGHLY recommend David Acosta to anyone seeking to purchase real estate. Believe me, he WILL take care of you!!

Bought a home in 2012 in Las Tierras, TX 79938.

At the time I was deployed in Afghanistan, but when I was going through the process of a house purchase. Mr Acosta helped me out by providing me with all the info I needed. He is a very good realtor who takes his business serious. Mr Acosta also was very patient when dealing with my wife in my stead, because he English isn't very good. He took his time and made sure she knew everything that was going on. I really appreciated his service to us especially dealing someone with a schedule like mine

David and his team did an excellent job of helping my wife and I find the perfect house in the right neighborhood in very limited time frame. We had two days to find a house, make an offer, seal the deal before we could move to El Paso and David and his team did an awesome job. I would highly recommend him!
