Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $225K in University, Riverside, CA.
David is the best real estate agent I have ever known. He is knowledgable, honest, dedicate and responsive. David helped me bought 5 high quality investment properties, and helped me avoided many defective properties over past 24 months. Each time David showed me a property, he listed out improvement need to be done to the property and difficulties I would have when selling the property in the future. His advices helped me think clearly and objectively. David has strong negotiation skills as well. He helped us bought our second investment property $10,000 lower than the asking price, and asked the seller get all building permits approved by the city. Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $550K in Monterey Park, CA.
Extremely pleased with David & Yasuko Chu's realtor services, couldn't have found anyone better to help me sell my home.
David is very detail oriented, super nice & patient, and an extraordinary professional. He always returns any call promptly. David knows the floor plans of all of the original properties in my neighborhood. He keeps up with the status of properties in my area that are available for sale.
He is able to work well with ANY type of personality and knows how to handle difficult or inexperienced real estate agents. He had to correct several forms he had received from our buyers' agent. He made sure we always completed everything we needed to do well in advance of any deadlines.
His flyers for my house were done professionally and really showed off the property to it's best, I kept one as a souvenir. He helped us with finding reasonably priced yet very experienced trades people for some needed repairs and his exterminator did a great job repairing a few termite damaged areas within my house.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $650K in Arcadia, CA.
David and Yasuko helped me avoid a bad purchase in the Winter of 2007 and got me a great deal on a property in the Arcadia area. To be frank, David and Yasuko are almost too diligent to a fault but it really paid off in the end. David's ability to redirect me from less desirable purchases was just as valuable as his eye for undervalued properties (I would have bought 2 more homes if I had the ability to...). I cannot stress enough this pair's level of dedication and trustworthiness and I strongly recommend any prospective buyer or seller to at least speak to David and Yasuko while they consider their Real Estate options. Their depth of local San Gabriel Valley expertise combined with the highest level of professionalism is far above any other agent I have ever dealt with.
