Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Indianapolis, IN.
I am a first time home buyer that recently went with David's Team. I am so pleased with the process! It is always stressful buying a house, but everyone I worked with in this office made the experience as stress-free as possible. I always had my questions answered thoroughly, and I always felt prepared for the next step. Everyone is very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make sure I knew how important I was, despite the fact I'm not a "VIP client" or someone buying a particularly expensive house. They stayed with me on my closing date until it was completed at 8pm (even though it was scheduled at 1pm). Staff rescheduled their childcare to be certain I was taken care of. If that isn't the best customer service, I don't know what is! I recommend them to friends, family, and anyone who will listen.

Sold a home in 2010.
David Brenton and his team gave us some of the best advice while selling our house and then helped us when we were building. He has 20 years of building experience which enabled him to advise us on the best lot to purchase and helped us consider things such as wanting to position the house so that the sun can melt the snow off of the driveway! Very helpful, attentive and not your typical pushy salesman. We would never use anyone else.
