Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Kalispell, MT.
David was referred to us by a mutual friend when we first started to house hunt. We couldn't of asked for a better realtor to help us on this journey. As first time home buyers we needed someone to support us in our wants and needs to find us the perfect starter home. The professionalism and knowledge he shared with us was outstanding and we would highly recommend him for anyone looking to purchase property in the Flathead Valley. David was always willing to answer any of our questions and always made himself available via email, phone,or text. He did a great job keeping us informed very step of the way and made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process of purchasing our home. We are so thankful that he was recommended to us, he helped make this newlywed couples dream come true!

David was honest, very patient with us, had a great understanding of what type of house/property we were looking for and was very quick to respond to our questions. He went out of his way to make sure we had as much information as possible about houses on the market. He is an A+ realtor, laid back and very easy to work with.

Sold a home in 2011.
He helped me buy a short sale house for much less than the listed price. Buying a short sale is a difficult process, but David was able to successfully negotiate with the bank and the sellers.
