After completing my B.S in Marketing at Texas A&M University, I spent the first 10 years of my career as mortgage professional.  I became adept at helping buyers navigate the financing hurdles on their way to home ownership.  I now practice real estate in the North Denver Suburbs of Erie, Thornton, Northglenn,, Westminster, Broomfield, Lafayette, Louisville, Superior, and Boulder (with a primary focus on Erie).   

I'm a fairly high volume agent, personally selling about 45 homes per year.  In order to handle the volume, (and still deliver a five star customer experience) I employ a full time licensed assistant, Amanda Eckhoff.  Amanda worked as my loan processor during my days as a mortgage broker, and has been my highly trusted partner for over 8 years now.  She is as good as they get!  Between the two of us, we deliver an smooth, stress-free experience to each and every client we represent.  We are proud to say that our past clients have made us some of the most highly reviewed agents on Zillow, in the North Denver Suburbs. 

I hang my license under Broker's Guild Classic, a locally owned, Denver based company.  Because of its extremely low fees to its agents, it has rapidly become one of the largest and fastest growing real estate companies in Denver (with approximately 896 agents).  The low fee model at Broker's Guild gives me a huge competitive advantage over other agents working for the bigger, nationally franchised brokerages! I'm able to spend more money marketing my listings, but still charge my clients listing fees that are considerably lower than the 6% average charged by the larger franchised companies.

Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $375K in Erie, CO.

We were referred to David from our lender. Right away, David was able to provide us professional and quality business. He never hesitated answering any of our questions and when we needed him, he always responded promptly or always made time for us. With today's housing market, David was able to be persistent and get creative with our offers. Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $525K in Longmont, CO.

We just relocated from out of state to CO. Our timeline was very tight due to professional and personal constraints. Our expectations were/are very high, and our needs and desires for new home and location were extremely specific. Northern CO and the North Denver area has been a "seller's market" for awhile, so there is quite a lot of competition that a buyer faces. David delivered above and beyond our expectations! First if all, we researched, interviewed and spent time with a number of realtors, and then we selected David. Communication with David is easy, accessible and positive. David is most generous with his time and effort: First day in person with him lasted about 14 hours (we pushed to see as many homes as possibly, and ended up going to 37 homes and many developments in Erie, Longmont, Broonfield and other surrounding towns.) David listens to his clients and doesn't spend his energy forcing only the homes he's listed. He stays current with the market and his clients' needs. He is honest, straight forward, knows the broad area and knows homes. Any question we had regarding structure and materials, David knew the answers. David's assistant, Amanda, supports all through the entire process with proficiency and efficiency. Both David and Amanda are wonderful people who love their work and offer decades of experience in real estate. We were blessed by their services! We can't imagine any realtor offering better!
