I began selling real estate in 2002 and work with buyers and sellers.  I have one agent, named Jennifer Hallock, who has been with me since 2011.  I have sold over 450 homes since I began and with the help of Jennifer it wouldn't have been possible in such a short time.  I am an Associate Broker, which means I have extra classes on Real Estate Law, Finance, Brokerage Management, and Appraisal.  I'm a Certified Negotiation Expert and I have earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation.  There are only five agents in my market who have this.  This designation means I qualified by selling many homes in the top 10% of the price range in Central Virginia.  No matter what the price range is, from my first time home buyers to my multi millionaire clients, I protect their privacy and treat all of my clients like royalty.  I am New Homes Certified and Residential Construction Certified.  I have been a registered agent with the largest relocation company in the U.S. and I treat all referrals as though they are family. 

I am a proud father too.  My wife, of 17 years, and I had a son in July of 2011.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 in Glen Allen, VA.

David is one of the best if not the best agent in the area. He goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my needs as a home seller/buyer are met. As an example the house I was buying had been vacant for a while and the weather was getting cold. David took it upon himself to go over to the home and check on the pipes and other stuff to make sure the house was safe. He also stays in touch regularly. I rarely had to call David to get any information. David knew the market and the value of things. He also knew some obscure information about some one off situations that we had in selling my home. David will be my go to guy on every home I purchase or sell. I trust him and integrity is important to me.  More Less

David helped me get the house I wanted at the price I wanted. What I think makes David a good realstate agent is they way he works fast even on weekends. He literally replied most of my emails within an hour and was friendly and helpful throughout the process. I had no idea about my rights as a buyer since this was my first time to buy a house but David explained everything tow me and made process so smooth. Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $225K in Midlothian, VA.
