Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $150K in Richmond, VA.
After a year on the market with another agent, I listed with David on October 1,2012. On October 19 we entered negotiations on a contract but it did not close. In December David had another buyer with a full price contract and we closed on January 31, 2013. Since I was out of state David handled all of the inspections and repairs that were needed. I received email notice of all showings and feedback usually within 24 hours. I refer to him as the "Allstate" of Realtors as I felt I was in good hands. In the near future my family will be placing my mother's home on the market and he is definitely my choice of Realtors.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Mechanicsville, VA.
The sale of my home was exhausting! It took almost 9 months with several broken and extended contracts to finally sell. David never lost his positive outlook and was always on top of things. He came highly recommended to me and I would gladly recommend him to anyone. Always professional!

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $150K in Piney Knolls, Richmond, VA.
We wanted to sell our house and move to the country. Our house was on the market last year for nine months with another realtor and it did not sell. So when it was time to put it on the market this year I talked to several other realtors and they wanted to price my house at a lower price for a short sale or just to get it sold. When I talked to David he was willing to try the price that I wanted and that was already a reduced price and we could no afford to reduce it any lower. So David checked it out and said yes and we had a contract within a month and we closed today. David will work to get you the best deal that he possiblely can.

David was fantastic to work with. He has a tremendous amount of knowledge about the Richmond area, the housing market, how to negotiate with the other parties to the deal, and how the closing process all works. He responded immediately to all of my questions and issues and I feel completely confident that we got the very best house for us for the best price, largely due to David's expertise and assistance. I hope I don't move again for quite a while, but when I do I won't hesitate to make David my agent for both selling and purshasing.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $400K in Glen Allen, VA.
We highly recommend David Nicholson to all our family and friends, and we have. I am grateful for all that David has done for us. He is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect in the transaction in selling our most recent townhouse and purchasing our new home. Over the last 8 years he has been our real estate agent selling 2 houses and purchasing 2. I tried selling my first house on my own. Never again! After listing it with David, it sold right away. I truly believe it is all in who you know.

Sold a home in 2012.
We had the pleasure of working with David in the recent sale and purchase of two properties in the far West End. Not only was David thoroughly knowledgeable in all things related to his profession, we truly felt that he had our best interest at hand. He promptly addressed all of our needs and was incredibly patient working through everything it took to get us settled while waiting for our new house to be built. Sold a home in 2011.
David is very knowledgeable of the west end and short pump areas of Richmond. I was very impressed with his patience, professionalism, attention to detail, and responsiveness. The best agent with whom I have every worked. He works for clients and the difference in results is very clear.
