David Was one of those excaeptional salemen, We just arrived back in the US from being overseas for numerouse years and needed a house. we however were very picky in that our request was the house had to have a character to it, most of the house in the area were as commonly refered to as shoe boxes, we wanted more plus we expressed that we had to have enough space for all of our items we owned. he worked very diligently on the first house we found, the seller however was reluctant to budge any on their prices even though David made numerouse suggestions on how to possibly come to a middle ground. David personnaly showed us over 100 homes, many do to the market were foreclosed which was fine with us. the bad news was he had the experience to know that the list price was not what the property was actually worth and had to work that as on obstacle with the sellers also. When we finally found the property we were searching for, David stayed with us through the entire ordeal and became a friend that even helped to paint some of the interior of the house and assist us with moving our household items in on moving day. There would be nothing more that you would be able to ask of a slaeman that David did not help us with. He worked daily with us in dealing with the 203K hud inspectors, well and septic inspectors and even came along when we met with local contractors for work that was outside of my rhelm.
