Baldwin Park
This is my personal home in Baldwin Park, and I believe that I live in the best neighborhood in Orlando. Baldwin Park is located between downtown Orlando and Winter Park. I enjoy having parks, and sidewalks and a village center that has pretty much whatever I need. Just take a ride around Lake Baldwin in the evening. You won't believe how many people are out walking, running, biking and walking the dog. If that wasn't enough the schools are absolutely the best Orange county has to offer. www.DavidWelch.com

You can get tax information about any home in Orange county by going to the property appraiser's website at www.ocpafl.org. There is even a tax calculator that estimates what your taxes will be for a given purchase price.
What are buyers waiting for in Orlando?
The inventory is high, prices have come down about 10% by some measures, and interest rates remain low. I am just trying to figure out why so many people are still waiting to buy a home. Our property manager leased a record number of properties in 2007. Renting is almost always a losing proposition in the long term. Even if home prices fall another 5% you would be in about the same position financially as renting for another year on average. www.davidwelch.com
