You can read my blog for all the details, but I have gone out on a limb and stated that the Orlando market has hit the price bottom. We may drag the bottom for a little while, but I believe we can sell ourselves out of the current market. Affordability is much improved with an affordability index of nearly 124, sales have improved throughout the year while inventory is down slightly. Prices have dropped to the point where many properties I see now have real investment potential. With 20% down they could actually cash flow.
