The first time I spoke with Scott he said that establishing a relationship with your lender is important. I was a little skeptical of this statement at first. However, it quickly became obvious that Scott was interested in making our process as smooth as possible. He wrote custom pre-approval letters for each offer. He called the seller’s agent on our behalf to assure them of our worthiness and the smoothness of the process with his company.

As first-time home buyers, we had a lot of questions. Those questions frequently didn’t come as part of one long question. No, we’d call him and ask three or four questions. Then, we’d hang up and after fifteen minutes of conversation have even more questions. He put up with our frequent phone calls and general confusion with a reassuring calmness.

Scott was instrumental in having our offer accepted. He was able to assure the lender of a quick process. We were able to put a 30 day closing in our offer and made that deadline without a problem. When we did have “unique situations” during our closing , Scott and his team worked with us to make sure that our transaction went smoothly.

We will happily do business with Scott again and would recommend him to our friends.
