12/11/2010 - The GsBought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $350K in Bryn Mawr, Minneapolis, MN.
Alex was simply fantastic. First of all, he listened and paid attention, & truly found the perfect home for us... In addition, he 'held our hand' through all the process' it took for us to make this move... Alex educated and assisted us on deciding to sell or rent our other house (which we decided to rent, and Alex completely educated and walked us through that entire process)... Alex was representing us as buyers as well as representing the sellers of our new house, and we genuinely feel he represented both parties very honestly. Especially considering some of the inspection/negotiation obstacles we ran into, this part of the process was extremely efficient... We were also tying in a home improvement loan to our new mortgage to renovate the unfinished basement in our new house, and Alex did everything he could to facilitate and expedite that process in regards to the bank and the general contractor... What more can I say?! We chose Alex from a small pool of realtors who we knew were experts in the area we wanted to move, and we know we chose the right person. Alex is a great guy, honest, informative & experienced. We have already recommended him to friends & will continue to brag about what a great choice we made in a realtor :)…More Less

As first-time homebuyers relocating to the Twin Cities from out of state, we found Alex's knowledge of the local market to be absolutely invaluable. Alex was very proactive and was always more than willing to go the extra mile to help us with relocation issues and problems. He was also a great negotiator, which was important as we were moving from a much more expensive market and were not familiar with local prices and negotiation practices.
On a personal note, he was great to be around...which is important when you are spending so much time together in a pretty stressful time. We had to bring our 20 month old twins around to look at houses with us and he was always so sweet to them. We would recommend Alex without any reservations.…More Less
