My husband and I have worked with Dawn over the past few weeks seeking our first home. We knew nothing about the Cleveland market, really nothing about home buying at all. Dawn took us under her wing and we viewed many homes. I learned more about buying a home than I could have ever imagined. Working with Dawn was so pleasant. She was understanding to our needs, and made us feel at ease. We found a home we fell in love with and wanted to get an offer out as soon as possible. We had been looking at homes with Dawn for almost 11 hours and she welcomed us into her home that night to come up with and offer. She doesn't make you feel like just a client, she makes your feel like a friend. You also don't feel like she is just working with you to make a dollar. She respects your budget and understands this is one of the largest purchases you are ever going to make. I would recommend Dawn to any home buyer looking for someone they can trust and work with very easily.

My wife and I worked with Dawn for a while before deciding on a house. After interacting with many other representatives in real estate sales, Dawn stood out to us for many reasons. She was "real" with us throughout our house search, giving us advise vs sales pitches, finding out what would make us happy vs trying to push us in the first house we smiled at, and working around our schedules vs "fitting us in" where there was time. Throughout the house hunting, Dawn was more of a partner, friend, family member, and advisor than anything else. Even on the house we finally found and decided on, she wanted to make sure that we were certain that it was the right one for us.

I recommend that anyone looking at homes to contact Dawn. If cloning became an option down the road, Dawn would be the model host for real estate world.
