    Dave helped us short sell our property, and we would highly recommend Dave Csira's services. Dave sold our rental property, kept the existing tenant in place, and got the banks off of our backs. Win for us, win for Dave, win for tenant, win for the buyer, and a win for the banks. He made it all happen by leveraging his years of experience..

    Dave is professional, thorough, and certainly competent. He explains the process, including any caveats you need to be aware of, and is clear in explaining the areas of responsibility that he owns, and clear about what information he needs from you. Once you fulfill your obligations, Dave takes it and "runs with it" from there. He keeps you out of the process, so you can stay focused on the more important items in your life.

    And then, there is the fact that Dave is a nice guy, ethical and will do right by you. When someone with his character comes along, I am more inclined to do business with that person, because I recognize what good character brings to the table. And we were not wrong in this instance. If you ever see his commercials, you are seeing the real Dave. He is a "what you see is what you get" kind of guy.

    Sold a home in 2010.
    Dave both sold our home and represented us in buying a new one, and we couldn't have asked for a better agent. Our home sold in nine days for a higher price than we expected, and we are convinced it was because Dave knew how to price it right for the market, as well as his exceptional marketing presentation. The brochure and online photographs made our house look beautiful and encouraged a large number of buyers to view the house within the first few days, which resulted in not only one offer, but several back up offers as well. On the purchasing side, we had a very complicated situation to navigate with the sellers, and I am certain we could not have purchased the house without Dave's perseverance and negotiating skills. Dave truly stands out as a first class professional, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.More Less
