Showed home in 2012 in La Grange Park, IL 60526.Summary:
I have had the opportunity to do business with Dan Stivers on several occassions in the past several years. Not only is Dan a very pleasant person to work with but he also has vast knowledge about this area. My time is valuable to me so I always appreciate his quick response to any message I leave for him. If Dan does not know about a property that I am interested in, he does the work and get back to me with all sorts of valuable information. I also appreciate his honesty regarding the price of a property. If he thinks the price is too high he will tell me straight out. He never lets my heart win out over what is best for me financially. I would highly recommend Dan to anyone. In fact, Dan helped my son and his wife find the "perfect" house eventhough they had a very limited budget. He also was able to steer them to a lender who was able to get them the best rate. Not only do I have a great realtor but I now consider Dan to be a great friend!!…More Less
